We stored our furniture from the city when we moved up to Collingwood. Apple Self Storage was very convenient, easy access, someone always answered the phone when I had a question and they were always helpful, friendly and professional. Great experience!!

We showed up with no advance notice and Keli was fast and efficient. She found us exactly what we needed and was super friendly too. I highly recommend this location for storage :)

Storage Mart Referred Me, To This Company, so I inquired about a 10X20 Drive In Unit, For My Vehicle, 4 winter. I met with Keli, the manager, when I walked in to reserve 1 unit, that day. She was very sweet & accommodating & showed me around the property, especially the unit available. As this was my 1st time here as a new customer, I really appreciated how clean & well maintained the property & area was & how close the proximity was to home. I was really excited to put my name down, for a unit here. I was given 50% off the unit price & everything was explained properly & straightforward. Life stored some of my belongings at this facility for about 5 years. The folks there are very polite and helpful and I've never had any trouble at all with anything to do with best facility. I had an indoor unit and it was always warm and dry.

Just secured a storage unit to keep a few pieces whilst between homes in a hectic move ! Kelli the manager was extremely helpful, she even went the extra mile to leave wood pallets in our unit to help air flow for art storage ! We were able to purchase all of our wardrobe boxes and sofa covers on site at a small discount ! The facility is very clean, well maintained and secure !

Excellent customer service at Apple Self storage! Keli the manager is very professional and friendly. The storage units are very clean and the facility is monitored 24/7 so it was safe for me to go to my storage day or also night time. I highly recommend this storage to anybody.

In my opinion Apple Storage is an exceptional storage facility. I have had my belongings there for two years and have been met with nothing but a professional experience. The manager Keli, is friendly and approachable and keeps the facility well run, clean and organized. Every day she or her staff check units to make sure they are properly locked. She or her staff are onsite 6 days a week 9-5. The units range in size from 10 x 24, 10 x 20, 10 x 10 and 5 x 5 perfect sizes for a boat, a car or a trailer and the facility is more than competitive in pricing. The units are on an initial concrete pad of 3 inches then an additional pad of 1 inch. This prevents any possibility of flooding but also allows for air circulation, as does the insulated ceiling, which also prevents excess cold or heat in the units. All of this also prevents mould growth and rust formation because it blocks the formation of moisture. The units are in impeccable condition with 0 rust anywhere. End units are on beams 8 inches off the ground for air circulation. The facility is gated with an entry key pad and there are security cameras everywhere on the premises. There are indoor heated units as well. There is strict rodent control with black box traps and traps also placed at the back fence to a grassy field to stop rodents from entering the facility. The pavement slopes toward storm drains to prevent flooding. There are lights at the outside of the corridor units to allow for night work. If you find you need packing supplies they have that too. If your belongings are worth storing, they're worth storing in the right place.

We recently rented a storage locker at Apple Self Storage Collingwood. Kelly was fantastic to deal with and the entire process was quick and easy. The lockers are clearly marked, easy to access, and was very clean. We are very happy with our decision to rent from Apple and highly recommend.
