Never had a single problem dealing with Shannon or any of her gals, they are efficient, hard working, dependable and do a very consistent job at all times. The owner of this company, when confronted with issues in cleaning, denies any wrong doing and makes the customer feel like they're the ones who made the mistake. Doing a poor job and explaining it as an oversight isn't an example. I'm surprised there aren't more negative reviews as I've spoken with three other people who only have negatives to say about Shannon and her employees.
