Leur technicien viendrons du00e9brancher vos systu00e8mes et ne terminent pas le travail requis, pour vous garder sur leur liste du2019attente. Il vous paraisse en bonne foi mais ils ne sont pas organiser du tout.
Not very honest technicians and bad customer support, was charged several hundred $$ and my unit still not working. Called them back within a month and now we need to change some parts. Credit for the work done in vain, of course not. Would definitely not recommend even if they carry Carrier units.
