Extremely helpful and very friendly. Couldn't ask for better customer service. 👌
While moving into my storage unit I discovered that I misjudged the space I would need and there wasn’t enough room. We spent hours trying to make everything fit. The owner came by and set me up with a small unit and lock at no cost to put our stuff in until a larger unit came available about 5 days later. This was very kind and greatly appreciated as we were all very exhausted and at the end of our collective ropes. She could have said too bad and walked away but chose not to. Thank you for helping us!
So helpful! They know everything about packing for a move, and they had all the supplies, including a price list
I have never used this company's services but if they put as much effort into their signs as they do in their actual day to day business they deserve five stars! Their sign always makes me smile. If I need to store anything they will be my go to!
Nicest people you would ever want to deal with. Our old motorhome broke down by storage locker and they let us stay the night until we could get help...I can't say enough nice things...
So pleased with this facility! Marge in the office was a delight to set things up with. Units are alarmed and gated, clean and quiet property with easy access at an affordable price. Thank you !
I got a call saying my unit was overdue. I had myself a huge chuckle because I’m 17. I tried calling back and just got their fax machine. Bad customer service. I can’t believe they tried to scam me lmao
