Went to see these guys since they were convenient to our residence, nice to support local businesses, and they have a Napa affiliation. Had an issue with leaking power steering fluid which turned out was a rusted clamp that broke off and hose simply needed attaching and new clamp. What was ridiculous was the bill which turned out to be $120.00. Charged a full hour and of course the diagnosis lingo was thrown in and having to run and watch it?? Was a simple issue and nothing warranting special diagnosis. When fellow called with outcome his reaction was defensive to my simple reiteration that "it was just a hose clamp", implying guilty feelings about the cost. I always give a garage the benefit of the doubt that they will be fair and honest. My judgement here with such an expensive bill for a simple fix is that this place is not and will therefore not be returning. Would hate to see what they would charge for anything requiring involved work. Their loss as would be nice to establish an ongoing relationship with a business that you feel you can trust. Not here. All the smiles and niceties mean nothing if you gouge your clients (not the only one to make this observation).

Well read many reviews and unfortunately ours is not the experience that we had hoped for, my nephew brought his car in for an alternator replacement, it's a 2006 Mazda 6 with the 3.0L, this is a bugger of a job due to it's location, the manual calls for the rear manifold to be removed to get enough room to remove and reinstall the alternator, their tech opted to unbolt the front sub-frame just below the driver and passenger sides of the car to get more room, and that would have been fine had he re-bolted the sub-frame to the car properly, the rh side was snugged up but not tight and the lh side nut was barely on the stud, only 1 or 2 threads showing after the nut and the sub-frame bushing was 1/4" or so away from the cab floor, this was causing the sub-frame to move quite extensively both vertically and laterally and causing loud banging noises every time you moved the car, started the car, shut off the car, no noise while cruising but the car wondered all over the road. HE took it back to Drobot and they could not locate the source of the problem, and sent him on his way, I live 400 kms away and took a bus to pick up his car, once home found the problem with 5 mins, also when they installed the serpentine belt it wasn't on correctly, 2 grooves showing on PS pulley where belt was misaligned, corrected these problems and car was returned to my nephew, Sent Drobot an email over 24 hrs ago with an explanation and video with still pics of problems and contact info for myself and my nephew, no response prior to posting this review. They did however make sure to take the time to inspect and inform him of additional work that should be done to non work order related components like rear suspension and exhaust hahaha, but didn't bother to take the time to review their own work and make sure it was properly completed.
Update June 14, 2016: Received an email from Drobot auto offering a free wheel alignment which I have already taken care of, personally I think they should refund the full labor cost for this job but I am sure that's not going to happen.
