I will never deal with these people again after I had agreement with Hany Fam lease manager for a van and he sent me credit application to proceed, I agreed on everything and to order the Sienna for me and after waiting 1 month I told him I have another good deal if the car would take ling then he confirmed to me the car already ordered under my name and then one week after calling to check in updates and I was told it is not available at the factory!!!!?? Wasting time and other great deal.... never trust those people again....
Just purchased an used car there, to discover that is has been in an accident, and previously sold on an auction. Now, I understand why the sales rep strongly advised me against have it "Toyota Certified". Still don't know exactly what we can do in case like that.

If you feel this is a case of misinformation then you can bring it to the attention of OMVIC. go their website http://www.omvic.on.ca/
By now its becoming common knowledge to ask for a CarProof when buying a car anywhere. Accidents happen often, and are a more normal than not. Just because a car has been in an accident does not mean its a bad car. A car in an accident can be certified as long as it meets the manufacturers certified guidlines. Toyotas are one of the highest so not every car may pass it. You will pay more for a certified car and so you should. A dealer spends more.
You do get what you pay for so do your homework. Its all on the manufacturers website. Lay blame not on the salesman, lay it on yourself. Be informed and learn from this.
