I have called this company 3 times for a quote and was told each time, "give me 5 minutes to get down off the ladder and I will call you back to get your address and name", that never happened. I am happy that small businesses are that busy they don't need to call you back. It is a shame, think of how much more business they would get if they stopped thinking small .
