Dilip and Awet we're absolutely amazing. And the only reason why we came back and signed for another 3 months. Without them, we would have gone somewhere else. Customer service is absolutely number one here, and we will always be loyal customers.

Updating **I’ve been contacted and looks like they are taking my concern seriously. I have to say that’s a first from a company I’ve done business with like ever. But I believe that beyond the company was a person that cares about the customer. I’m quite floored on how Christine Raffard Accesses local Regional manager took handle of this situation. She herself regardless gets five stars ⭐️ from me. From going above to contact me to hearing me and taking action. Truth be told I’m in a dark era in life atm and it’s been a tough year plus to say the least. Today she was a light in that darkness and reminded me that good people are there. Thank you Christine that means more than you’ll ever know.

I had an issue and wrote about it quite a bit after my last month with Access. After months went by they made the point to contact me and work on fixing the issue. I feel this values the removal of my original review as they cared enough about their customer to go above and beyond even months after the fact.

Look straight up the worst place the mouse/rat issues going on in the units or way to much. F OFF honestly. Much on my stuff was damaged and the smell was horrific. My cost to have things cleaned was massive then the dry cleaners for specific items also was crazy expensive. All that just for smell alone. I had to through out quite a bit of my stuff from chew bites. Wood/beading/all kinds of plastics and more just chewed to hell by rodants. Not worth it one bit. My losses are near 4k in total after 3 months of storage. 😢

Not a very secure property, had lots of break ins and theft. They were reasonably priced but consistently increasing the price they now have high prices for what's offered. And poor snow clearing in the winter

I rented a 10Wx20Lx8H storage locker to house my effects. The storage locker was adequate, and suited my needs. If I needed to store items in Winnipeg again, I would consider contacting Access Storage first.

The staff were very helpful and got me a storage unit immediately. Explained everything in detail that goes along with renting a unit. I would recommend to anyone. Fit everything in nicely.
