I've tried calling for an appointment twice, and both times I felt like the guy who answered the phone thought he was doing me a favour by cutting my hair. Is this not a service he is providing for a fee? So when I ask how much for a cut on long hair, I expect an answer, not laughter, as though I'm foolish for thinking long hair might cost a different amount to cut than short hair. So I don't give him my business.
