Employees were friendly, helpful, patient and very respectful! I chose to park my vehicle and some belongings while we went on vacation at self storage because I have parked at other places and returned with my vehicle windows smashed out etc. Was very happy to return with everything intact and safely stored here at maple Leaf Self Storage! Great service and communication. Karena was responsive to emails before I stopped by the storage facility. When touring the facility, she and her colleague offered sound advice on storage tips, differences between each unit type, and how to best pack items for storage. Highly recommended.

Very rude staff. Especially there was a senior, I forgot his name. Also, timing is weird, you can't have access to your locker at night. Why?

Excellent facilities! Francis was very helpful and knowledgeable. Him and his staff were friendly and very accommodating to my needs. Would use this facility again for storage. Gates are all secured with a code so I felt like my items were safe in storage! Highly recommend!!!

Clean and safe facility with wonderful staff. I kept my van here for a couple of years and the staff were friendly and helpful.
They can boast about having clients with a decades long relationship! I can see why. Worth the money and richly deserved.
