Maple Leaf Self Storage

On Saturday, March 15th a fellow parishioner and I visited Maple Leaf Storage on Sunridge Way NE to inquire about leasing a 10x10 storage unit for our church. We were greeted by Trishna and Jassi. These two remarkable women were friendly, knowledgeable, polite and treated us with respect. I cannot say enough about the wonderful level of service provided. They answered all our questions, gave us a tour of the premises and stressed security measures. Trishna and Jassi also provided invaluable information on the operation of our unit going forward. I am happy to report that due to their professional and friendly service, we left the premises having secured a unit. I highly recommend securing their service at Sunridge Way NE. A. Ivanoff

Super impressed with Maple Leaf Storage. Prices very competitive and we got our second month free, clean facilities, you can feel confidence that your belongings will be safe and protected. Ample bays to unload and lots of carts available. Blair and Trushna were excellent to deal with and we felt valued as customers. Happy we chose to store our stuff here.

THEY GOT THE BEST EMPLOYEES,VERY HELPFUL ,VERY KIND.
I HAVE JUST STARTED MY BUSINESS AND GOT FEW UNITS WITH THEM FOR STORAGE BUT MY SHIPMENT GOT DELAYED FOR VARIOUS REASON BUT THEY WERE VERY KIND TO HOLD THE UNITS FOR ME.

I've worked with this location a few times now and have always been so impressed with the ease and cleanliness. The location is absolutely a bonus since it is so easy to access.

This is probably the cleanest and most organized storage facility in Calgary. They also offer competitive monthly rates (not bi-weekly). Jassi Deol over the phone was very professional, and courteous. She quickly provided all the details I needed and sent me an email with all the benefits, including accepting deliveries that would go directly to my unit. Blair Moore on site was super helpful in setting up my account and helped me choose the best space for my needs. Highly recommend the Calgary North/Sunridge location.

Great storage facility, great staff. We've used it twice over 6 years and will do so again if we need.

Stored my goods here for a couple of years, while working and travelling abroad and was very happy with the service provided. Clean, modern facility in a good area of the city with a very pleasant and helpful team in the office. I have rented from a number of storage companies here in Canada and abroad and this was the best service I have experienced.

Rented a unit for just over a year to store stuff before purchasing a house. Facility is clean, lots of carts to use and three elevators so you are not always waiting for one. I like the music playing in the background. Have had other storage units where it is quiet and eerie. Only thing I did not like was an annual rent hike. Wasn’t budgeting for it. Luckily it was only about $23/ month more than my initial contract.

This place is well taken care of. All personal we met were great and took care of us, everything is always clean, and the prices compare to competitors are great

A fantastic and secure storage option in Calgary with wonderful customer service. I left the country for over a year and moved the contents from my condo into a locker here and was very pleased with it - I felt that my locker was safe/secure and never had to worry about anything. I was even able to login to my account from abroad to make payments and update my credit card info, which was very handy. The peace of mind that came from this facility was worth every penny.

The facility is well equipped with dollies and carts to help things go smoothly. The staff were all very pleasant to deal with and they treated us very kindly.

Highly recommended! I won’t hesitate to return here in the future if I ever have any storage needs.

This location is well above the best facility i have used. Super clean and organized and their staff have been absolutly amazing helping me out to get set up and during the estate move. Would 100% recomend these folks!

This place has been by Furnitures home for the last 2 years! The facility is well maintained and clean! I have never had to worry about my belongings, and when I had questions or concerns the staff were always s nice and helpful! They made signing up for a storage unit easy, along with cancelling the storage unit as well!

Staff so friendly, easy to communicate with, and very helpful. Units are well maintained. Feels very safe and love the little things like free coffee.

My phone was stolen out of my vehicle while I was upstairs in the storage unit. My vehicle was behind their gate that you have to put a password in in the loading zone. They knew who took my phone, they should have either paid me for the phone or charged the other customer for it! Why did it have to come out of my pocket? Be very careful when using this facility!! Your things are not even secure even behind secured gates

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Wow. If I could give Leanne 10 stars I would. What was a hectic morning for me was soothed by her helpfulness and cheer and generosity of spirit. She helped me with a lock and also ensured the move-in process was smooth for me. I will recommend Maple Leaf 🍁 thanks to her and definitely use them again in future. Thanks Leanne! Keep well! 😄
