Front desk is rude. Loading area is not capable of hosting 2 customers. Doors are too small to pass a small table. Facilities are from 70’s. Units are dark. Prices($ 300 for 5’by 8’)are too high for the quality. Good luck.

It was a pleasure to deal with Lorraine (Markham location) - she was professional, efficient and very helpful. I reserved 2 spots for outdoor storage of a RV and trailer. There is a delay in receiving the RV, so Lorraine advised me of the deadline before giving the spots to another customer

I have been dealing with the Markham location since 2005. I have recommended many people over the years and all of us have been very happy. I run a landscape company and store my trailers and trucks there. I have multiple parking spots and units as well. Lorraine and the staff are very accommodating to what I require and are very reasonable priced to fit my budget. I wouldn't have been here for 17 years if there was any doubt. Highly recommended. As my company grew and the need for addition storage they always worked with me to make everything easily accessable for spots and units for my staff and myself.

Great place to store your equipment . Good competitive rates for absolutely everything. If is room available for a new account they call you from the waiting list. Great team at the front desk that is managing the property.
There is one thing missing! Space to turn around for professional equipment Tight curbs, and not enough space. Maybe is just about the time to find one more location in the area or extend into the grass area Such way, nobody will be stress when parking.
Security is at best Never had an issues. Being a small setting many times customers knows each other and they collaborate very nice with the front desk managing team.
