I absolutely love Innisfil Self Storage. We got our first unit there about 4 years ago before we moved up to Innisfil. Since then, as our needs have changed we've periodically had as many as three units but currently have two (one heated and one not). They're excellent people that run it, always provide fantastic customer service, pricing is extremely fair, and access is easy with your keycard. They're also super fast at clearing snow despite the crazy winters we can have up here. I'd give them 6 stars if that was an option!

My name is Amber and I have to express the appreciation and gratitude I have for Darryl and his team. I lost my home with a flood and needed storage. I had to move my stuff from access storage because the interest they would charge me was equivalent to 2 months of storage fees. Couldn't afford that. Along with losing my home and salon which was in my home I couldn't bare to lose my belongings as well. These people at Innisfil self storage have worked with me to pay down fees when I was struggling financially. All I can say is their customer service and heart is impeccable. Highly recommended.

Saturday February 17, 2024. I arrived at 2:20pm when I open the door there was person inside in an office of 25 MTS by 15mts (big enough) I was ask to wait outside in the cold. They have an acrylic divider "for safety" when the pandemic is already over. But really bothers me is that meanwhile in the other side of the acrylic is 85% of the office space free for 1 person with a big desk meanwhile US the CUSTOMERS who pay them and make their businesses successful or a fail we have just 1.5 MTS of space to try to handle "business" in the place. My complaint and my review is: an acrylic home made "divider" can be moved far enough so you can have more than 1 customer at the time meanwhile the person in the desk is very very wide confortable in their sitting down when us customers are literally cramped and kicked out the building because the lacy person who place the division didn't have a clear understanding of customer service. My advice is this: IF Y I CAN BUYBOXES AND MOVING SUPPLIES SOMEWHERE ELSE I WILL DOOOOOOO IT!. But I m a cheapster and didn't wanna drive to Barrie. Seriously change yiur approach to the people who make your business.

Easy place to store stuff your wife said to get rid of. And you're not ready for that yet. Lol. Easy simple storage with lots of room to drive in for your trucks.
