I needed storage urgently, and the team here offered immediate support. They answered my call outside of their operating hours which I did not expect. When I showed up the next morning, the process of getting access was seamless. Automated billing was a big value add for me.

Amazing place. Katie and Jackie are such lovely girls. They helped us out a lot during our move. Jackie also sells farm fresh eggs, which I really appreciate. Ty girls. I recommend their full services.

Great staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. Always went the extra mile for anything I needed. Trucks and storage unit rented were exactly what was requested.

I have been a customer of Maple City Mini-Storage for well over 10 years and I would highly recommend this business. They have a good selection of sizes for their storage units which are accessible 24/7, they have U-Haul rentals, and they are a FedEx depot. They also provide paper shredding services. The staff are professional, friendly and very accommodating.

I have been using Maple City MINI Storage now since July of 2023. I have found the staff very polite and helpful. When I got the storage I found that the door was too hard for me to open and I needed help so I called the office and one of the girls was very helpful and came and opened the door for me and waited for me to get what I needed then closed it for me. Then there was another time that someone came to open it for me and then later closed it for me. I was very pleased with the girls helping me because I couldn't do it myself and they helped me with no problem. I'm going to be 70 in June and don't have the strength to open the gate sometimes and close it but lately the gate has been open when I have been there. I definitely can't open the storage doors so it's nice to know if I need help one of the girls will be there for me. Thankyou

I’ve had my storage unit for several years now to deal with household storage overflow. The prices are reasonable and 24 hour access is appreciated. The staff is fantastic. I’ve had to bug them several times about losing my key to my locker but they’ve always been ready to help. I’ve never had a safety concern while storing my items there either.
