Kentaro was very pleasant and informed me with all the information i needed to purchase my Toyota

We are RAV4 owners, having bought our RAV4 from Toyota on Front. We really like the vehicle. The sales and service support are excellent. Over the past years we have come to rely on Javed Khan, Assistant Service Manager, and others in the service department for good reliable advice to keep our car well maintained. We plan to keep the RAV4 for many long years. I've called Javed on more than once to talk about a car maintenance issue and always found him patient, helpful and practical. What more can anyone ask for. Thank you.

I have worked in technical sales for many years, and I do want to commend the outstanding service received from Toyota on Font, and specifically from Javed Khan. This level of service is rare and should be recognized.

My wife and I purchased a 2010 Toyota 4runner from Toyota on front. We were in the market for this particular vehicle and kept an eye out for one on the Autotrader and Kijiji for 2-3months. Noticing one from Toyota on Front that wasn't selling my wife contacted the dealership. From $29995.00 this 2010 4runner went down to $27995 and we decided to give this vehicle a chance. After the test drive we negotiated and came to an agreement…sort of. As a buyer beware with this dealership, I want to bring to attention to the people of Toronto that this dealership tends to increase the price of their vehicles on the final bill of sale contrary to lowering their price online. Please make sure the numbers are correct on your final bill of sale and don't let them steal your money as they did mine.

I chose Toyota on Front due to it's location as I could leave it in the morning, go to work, and pick it up in the afternoon. I dropped my car off when it opened and said it would be picked up in 7 hours. After 8 hours I arrived and was informed that they hadn't started work yet. A customer who arrived after me had dropped off his car 6 hours earlier that day and was told he would have to wait another hour. There was no apology, and no further explaination other than, "It's been a crazy day." As I was the 3rd person to drop off their car that morning, it's a poor excuse and a sign of poor management in ther service department.

The 1-star is only for the location, but as they have proved themselves incompetent, I choose not to go to them again.

SUMMARY:
- Poor service/incompetent technicians.
- Bait-and-switch-like practices.
- Poor follow-up and inability to solve customer complaints (by service manager Ron Provost).

DESCRIPTION:
We had our Sienna serviced at Toyota on Front in March 2011 to repair the rear passenger air conditioning unit. The technicians failed to diagnose the issue properly, charged us for time, and asked us to come back after they have ordered the parts.

On the second visit, they spend four hours to further diagnose the problem only to tell us that they were wrong the first time and that the repair would cost 5x as much as their original estimate! They wanted to charge us for the four hours of work, and only relented - charging for two hours - after we complained that we should not be penalized for their mistake.

We called a few days later to communicate our unhappiness with the service manager, Ron Provost. This turned out to be a waste of time as he defended his (financial) bottom line, insisted that what the technicians did on the second visit was "very generous" (his words), promised to follow-up with us by phone, but never did.

BOTTOM LINE:
Do not deal with Toyota on Front. If you do buy there, don't get service there. And do check online reviews before choosing another service centre.

These guys are crooks. The real problem is no one down there is actually taking ANY responsibility for what is happening. They think it's OK to screw people over and move on. Well based on the reviews around the web it's finally catching up to them. Tim Lo, the leasing Manager needs some lessons in human relationships, starting with simple respectful communication. 3 times i had to deal with this person and he would not even look up from his iPhone. And when he did it was to attempt to insult me. Literally at the time for no apparent reason. Just a rude, vindictive, sour individual who has no place being in front of a customer.

Brought car in for repairs. Don't make the same mistake - our experience was that these guys are disreputable and out to get you. Make sure you get absolutely everything from them in writing because if you don't, they're going to change your deal on the fly, raise prices, break promises and gouge you. Brutal.

I have been servicing at Toyota on front street for many years and I find the service - second to none.

I have bought a second and third Toyota because of them.

I find it odd as I am always pleased and so are many of the people I work with.
