Had the displeasure of renting a house from Irwin prince. He leased us a house that he knew was infested with bedbugs, turned our lives upside down. Not only that but the house was red flagged by citizens gas for being what the gas installer called a death trap. Could not get gas services for nearly a month as we could not get slumlord to make repairs needed to get gas services turned on. I'm in process of filling a lawsuit on this jerk
