It’s been an amazing 29 years since I opened the doors to Hi-Tech Full Service Automotive Repair at this location in Silverlake. When I started the business it was based on principals and ethos my father had instilled in me as a second generation mechanic: I was lucky to be trained by the best. My father impressed upon me that that doing a repair properly was a matter of course and that cars of customers were more than just a business, that they were a connection to real people and lifelong relationships. He also held the futuristic view that technology would be swiftly imposing itself on automobiles.
