Never had I witnessed more awful treatment of employees then by this company. Employees were mistreated in front of guests. When I complained of bad food the owner came out and instead of apologizing or offering something sident she told me everyone else likes it and why I'm complaining. Never do I want to come back to this Hall.

On March 27th,2011 I had a party for my Moms 80th Birthday.I had 68 guests attend.Everything was perfect.The hall was decorated nicely.The menu was chicken noodle soup,spring mix salad with balsamic dressing and pork schnitzel with roast potatoes and sauted vegtables.Most of my guests were German and this food went way beyond our expectations.Everything was hot and tasted wonderful.The servers were friendly and food was brought out at just the right time.Thank-you Banquet Royale.PS we knew before hand that the red wine was not the best so we upgraded.

The service and food were incredible - I received amazing reviews from all of my guests. Furthermore, all details were attained to, which I found extremely important.
I would recommend this venue for any occasion - it is elegant and reliable. I will definitely host another special event here.
