This store has the most vile service I have ever experienced. Unprofessional and insulting level of laziness from the employees.
My first experience: I initially called to have my prescription faxed to me to buy lenses elsewhere.
After wasting 45 minutes back and forth on the phone with them, and faxing a release form, they ultimately refused to send me the prescription because apparently a simple contact lens renewal requires two separate visits. One to get the prescription and the other to coerce you into buying the lenses with them rather than elsewhere. This policy was never disclosed when I got my eye exam.
The second experience: I went in for a simple eye glass repair and was referred to a third party service in a bad part of town with a cash only policy.
Overall a disaster - go elsewhere at all costs.
