Honda civic LX feedback
I'm so glad with the great service of Midtown Honda. I'm so happy to get my first car with them.

Excellent start to finish!
I drove my car into the dealership without an appointment as my dashboard showed low tire pressure and I had a feeling I might have a nail in the tire. Sure enough that was the case so they patched the tire while I waited. I had a call from the dealership a couple of days later to make sure everything was okay. From start to finish it was excellent service.

Service disappointment
Arrived for my initial service appt. planned to wait for my car, was informed it would take approx 1 hr almost 2 hrs later it was ready.

Reviewing the service list if items completed we had not left the dealer before we had to return to have the maintene minder reset, this was listed as complted..
Second driving home a second issue with another service light coming on. This too was supposedly adjusted.
I went into a Honda dealer closer to my home to have this fixed. Showed them my receipt form mt visit to Midtown. I was not charged for their time.

At this rate I have no plans to return to Mitown for any further service.
So much for being customer driven. I am not a fan.

Visit to Midtown Honda
I went to Midtown Honda yesterday to take a look at the 2016 Accord Coupe. What was so puzzling off the bat was the lack of knowledge on the sales agent and inability to answer any of my questions.
I asked to see a V6 vehicle, and he stated that they did not have any.
I asked about specs and he knew little or nothing about it.
He took me to the sedan and they do not look anything alike.

It was a total waste of my time.
I would rather deal with someone who works to earn my business rather than saying, we do not have all vehicles for text drives....He was hoping I'd buy the car by looking at a picture.

Bad sales...
Went to the dealership to buy a car. I'm a 21 year old female...went to a sales associate and I told him I was looking for a coupe. He said "yeah go outside and look for a coupe we have a few." Didn't even come out to SHOW me, probably because I'm young. I went to Maple Honda and bought an Accord. He missed out. Dont judge based on age...I probably make more money than he does.

I'm now getting my car serviced here because it's closer to where I live than Maple Honda...the parts and service department is poor too. They're nice, but it's taking them over a day to change my tires (they gave me a rental car...). Ridiculous.

As for the sales consultant who treated me this way - I should've gotten his name, but unfortunately I did not. He was literally standing around doing nothing when he could've made a sale. I'm unsure of how he makes any sales at all. What's more, I literally bought a car that same day at Maple Honda. I don't know how commission works here, percentage wise and all that...but that's his loss. I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't make much here because he clearly is incompetent in the sales department.

Great car buying experience
I bought a Honda odyssey from midtown honda and could not ask for more. The service was great and the sales guy was awesome in making it work for my family. Great place to buy a car.

Can't believe how good you guys are!
I had no idea it could be so nice to have your car in the garage. I used to dread taking my car in when I used Canadian Tire. This was more like a trip to a super-clean, very friendly, non-snobby coffee shop than what I expected from a trip to the garage. Even better than buying the vehicle, and that was awesome! I can't believe how good you guys are. I am considering buying a second vehicle - a Honda Civic. Can't get my wife out from behind the CRV often enough!! - PS: I no longer envy the driver of ANY OTHER CAR.

If you are in the Market to buy a car New or Used , Honda or any other vehicle, head
straight to Midtown Honda and ask for INDRAN the nicest and most honest and
knowledgable person you would ever wish to meet. A pleasure to deal with. I can
also recommend Midtown Honda for Sales and Service. Look no further.
I told INDRAN what I needed and how much I have to spend. He showed me a
2012 Nissan Sentra. I bought it right away. Absolutely happy with my purchase.

I really avoided leaving a review like this but it had to be said..

I had my 2005 Honda Accord handed down to me from my father. It was perfectly reliable for 4 years. Problem free. In the 5th year. I noticed that it was burning more oil than usual (165K.) By the end of that year it was burning about a liter of oil Bi-weekly. Since it was a reliable car, my wife and I decided to have the Engine rebuilt with Midtown Honda. What a mistake that turned out to be. $ 4055.00 for a new Engine and an Alignment and check the alarm.

When I went to pick up the car after 3 days. I hopped on the HI way, as I drove off I noticed it was hard to control the car. Yea no figure, the Stirring wheel was off a 1/4 off level. I thought to myself “Some Alignment from the experts” I went back right away and told the service girl what happened, her face classic. And also that my hood was completely stained with Motor oil and she said the car was cleaned and waxed. I don’t know what kind of wax they use. It completely looks off color and is ruined. Anyone can see the oil stain. Then a week after I noticed my coolant fluid was below the min level. Funny, that I saw the Cap was cracked, not only that but my Cruise Control was no longer working. As I noticed all this on my way to Wasaga. Very disappointing.

I went back to Honda recently to have the Cruise control and coolant cap fixed, they fixed it free of charge, but I also went back for an engine light that was going off, It was the Oxygen sensor that had to be replaced, Funny one of the service guys said it didn’t belong to the Engine, the other service lady said she would ask the Mechanic, he told her the Oxygen Sensor Belonged to the “OLD Engine” so it wasn’t part of the 1 year warranty! $4055.00 wasn’t enough. They needed another 400 for the sensor that went off 5 months later, I also got my breaks done, and some other minor things. After getting my breaks done, a week later my break light goes off, In I go again, draining and a lot of talk. $1980, for the sensor and new breaks. Total $6035.00 in a 6-month period. Very frustrating this could have got me a new car to began with and things weren’t even done proper to Honda standards. Poor service and organization. I’m not sure who's checking these cars when they give back the the key.

And yea I know what your going to say Midtown Honda, : your Sorry for giving me back the Accord with a warped stirring wheel , and stained car hood with oil stains, and a broken coolant cap and my Cruise control no longer working, Not to say the least my Oxygen sensor, and going back for a break problem. I will not recommend Midtown Honda! Not happy with this review at all.

Misleading and unable to problem solve.
I just purchased a 2008 used Honda Civic on Thursday Aug 7. I picked up the vehicle Saturday Aug 9 from Midtown Honda. When I picked up the vehicle I was given one key. I asked the salesman if he had a spare key and I was told "sorry we don't have a spare but come back Monday and we'll cut you one at our Service Department".
This morning I attended the dealership and proceeded to the Service Department. I explained the situation to the advisor and he told me it would cost me $160.00 for a new key.
I then went to speak to the salesman but he was not in. I spoke to the manager who told me that I would have to pay the fee in order to obtain a spare key. He did offer an apology and said he would talk to the salesman. He did not go as far as to offer me a new key. I therefore left the dealership unsatisfied with their customer service. 
I feel I was mislead and I should not be required to pay for the key. I also went out of my way to attend this dealership today, wheras, if I would have been told that I would have to pay for a key I would have attended Maple Honda which is very close to my home.
This was my first purchase from this dealership and will also be my last.
We only get one chance to make a good first impression. Unfortunately,  Midtown Honda failed miserably.

no more shuttle
Despite being told I could access the shuttle, and I was driven home once I dropped my car, I was then phoned once car was ready to say I could not be picked up because I was south of St Clair (by two lights).

First, I think Honda should have honoured their promise to pick me up, and second, they should expand the boundaries for shuttle.

MidTown Honda is in a very awkward location to reach by public transit.

2014 Honda Odyssey
Just bought a new 2014 Honda Odyssey at your dealership and I would like to pass on what great experience it was. Tony Siva and Midtown Honda did an excellent job during the entire process.

Very Pleased with Midtown Honda
We purchased a used vehicle about a month ago and we are very pleased with the experience that we had with Rob Taylor from Midtown. Rob kept in touch throughout our months long search for a vehicle. He wasn't pushy or 'in our face' about it but at the right times would contact us.

We are from out of town so it was important that once we made a decision to buy it was a quick and easy process. With Rob's help it was just that.

We would definitely keep Midtown in mind for our next purchase.

Avoid at all costs! Sexist and Rude
CROOKS! None-existent Customer Service! AVOID at all costs!!!!

I was interested in purchasing a used 2010 Acura TSX from this dealership. in total I went to see this car twice with my husband. After hours of negotiation with a number of members from this dealership we ended up leaving empty handed.

The reason: The dealers and I were only $500 apart, and they refused to budge on their price. They were willing to loose a $20,000+ sale over $500.

A number of members of the Mid Town Honda (MTH) dealership Swore to us that they have a "Lowest Price Guarantee". If we found the same car at ANYWHERE online or at any other dealership we could simply call in and MTH would PRICE MATCH.

2 days after we our last visit to MTH I received a call from Trisha who asked what she could do to make this sale happen. I explained that we were only $500 apart and that we were actually going to go check out another TSX at another dealership. Trisha begged us to wait so she could talk to her manager to make the deal happen. She also asked us to email her the link to the webpage with the TSX we were going to go see.

The TSX at the other dealership had the same odometer reading, was the same year, and was the same premium model as that which MTH was selling.

About hours later I received a call back from someone who made various attempts to bully me over the phone. He yelled at me for about 15 minutes. He kept repeating that If I wanted to purchase HIS TSX SOOOO badly I would go to the other dealership where I saw the comparable TSX, get a written quote, negotiate a price, get the car proof and then leave the deal and bring all the papers to him.

How ridiculous is that?!?! Just because I am a woman, am I not a person? Or does he think that because I'm a women he can treat me like I'm stupid and bully me around all he likes?

The individual that called me also said that "no one ever" told me that they would ever price match. Their dealership has the cheapest price for this TSX period.

I have never been treated so poorly by any professional business. But then again, I should have expected to receive this kind of treatment from such a low class dealership.

Needless to say that the very same day I drove to the other dealership and purchased their TSX. I not only received exceptional customer service, but I also saved over $1000.00 on the purchase.

To Mid Town Honda:

Don't bother making any of your pathetic excuses. I will not accept your apologies either.

It is absolutely disgusting that in the year 2014 a women would be bullied and treated like she's not worthy of respect just because she's a woman.

You run an Extremely unprofessional business, and you should be ashamed of yourselves!

Great Staff

Shuttle Driver was really pleasant and able to drop and pick me up despite awful snowstorm weather conditions. I appreciated the car wash voucher too, as the weather had not allowed the car wash to be used

Best Service
As I stated many times in the past Chris White is probably the best service person my family has ever encountered over the many years of having cars serviced. We appreciate the professional manner in which Chris explains the service required but still looks after our pocketbook.

Quick Diagnosis
Quick diagnosis of issues technician spent time testing for repeat of problem and gave thorough explanation on all questions and concerns. Did not feel rushed through. Advisor was courteous and professional!
