Beats all other Honda dealerships!
Great Dealership and the mechanics are great. Best service ever. Beats all other Honda dealerships. Will never take my car any where else. I will only bring it to Midtown Honda!

Amazing Service
Chris was great at providing the cost and time frame it will take to get my car serviced. I got my car back sooner than expected and also appreciate the follow call by Chris to see if there were any issues. Amazing service!

Service
I brought in my car for the first time to Midtown Honda on Wednesday, April 10th, 2013. For the momment that I drove in I received impeccable service. My service Consultant was Nathalie Vega. I mentioned to her that I had received a coupon from another Honda dealership for a free oil change. Nathalie checked with her manager but said that they could not honor it. I explained to Nathalie that I had called Midtown Honda several months prior and they had confirmed with me that Midtown would still honor it. Nathalie checked with her manager again and was able to reimburse me the charge for the oil change. Thanks Nathalie for making my first experience with Midtown to be a positive one. I really appreciated it.

Everyone was really nice and accommodating
I got an appointment same day as I called which I sort of needed to suit a tight schedule. I thought it was a simple oil change but was told its more than that. Dropped off the car early got it back early via courtesy pick up. Call from service department during inspection to ask about something they found etc. Everyone was really nice and accommodating!

What can I say?
What can I say ... I feel like a queen when I bring my Pilot in for service. Chris White rolls out the red carpet every time! From ensuring that my rental is organized and ready on time to ensuring that my vehicle is washed and ready when I pick it up. I keep coming back to Midtown because of Chris and the great service! Thank you for making me feel special!

Service At Midtown Honda Excpetional
When I bring my vehicle into Midtown for service I am treated like royalty! Chris, my service rep, truly understands the importance of developing customer relationships. He is thorough in explaining everything that needs to be done to my vehicle and includes some extra touches i.e. washes my car when it is extremely muddy.

I live over 1.75 hours from Midtown and although it seems far, I am happy to drive my vehicle in for the excpetional service. Thank you Chris and Midtown Honda!

Very friendly staff
Very friendly staff, no wait time once I arrived to complete paperwork, politely explained when I was not clear. Sticker on windshield to remind me of next checkup, recommendations for next visit, polite phone followup to ensure everything was in order.

Impressed
George was extremely helpful, and completely understood the time constraints I faced. He made sure that my van was ready before the time I needed it back. My van was ready and waiting for me when I arrived, and I am very impressed.

Midttown Honda
I was extremely pleased with my most recent visit at Midtown Honda (Feb. 12 2013). The Service Advisor was very helpful and kept me informed regarding the progress of assessment. I also enjoy the fact that you receive free coffee and WiFi.

Drop-in Customer
I was a 'drop-in' with a battery problem. My car was taken immediately and the battery was defective and replaced. Nice to know, if I'm in a pinch Midtown Honda will take care of me. Thanks!

Chris goes the extra mile
Chris always goes out of his way to ensure I'm looked after. Because of my consistently coming to Midtown and having Chris as my advisor, he knows the history of my vehicle and was able to find out that my service was going to be covered under a warranty that I wasn't aware of. Chris always goes the extra mile and is the reason I return to Midtown Honda.

Impressed by new location!
For the 9 years I have owned this Honda I have always used Midtown for service. The service has consistently improved and I would recommend your new location to anyone with a Honda. This was the first time I noticed the tv listings of cars in service (I usually use your driver to take me home and return me later) and was impressed by that AND the comfortable seating. I appreciate that there is no blaring tv so I can read or work while I wait. And the hot chocolate was great -- maybe herbal tea?

Very Convenient Service
I was given a lift home when my car was not going to be ready until the next day. I was also picked up from my home when my car was ready. It was very convenient.
