Tire Repair Covered
I came in to fix a flat tire that was no fault of my own (a screw went right through the tire). I was expecting to have to pay a detuctable, but George managed to convince Honda Canada to cover the cost of the work fully. I thought that was pretty kick-@$$ :)

Great Service
It's rare to find someone who actually thinks and reacts appropriately to a situation rather than just following their standard procedures.

I had the pleasure of being served by Nathalie Vega. She was friendly, helpful and pleasure to deal with. This was my first time at Midtown Honda and i will definitely be back.

Excellent Job today
Your service department did an excellent job today from initial greeting to processing the payment. The rate was reasonable, your team found and repaired a problem I was not aware of and two irritating problems I omitted mentioning.

Great Service Advisor
Everyone at the dealership was understanding and more accommodating than expected. Every question, and concern voiced was answered rapidly, and professionally. The employees were all very concerned with providing great customer service from beginning to end.

A pleasant place to have your Honda serviced
I have used 2 other Honda dealerships for servicing my current and previous Odyssey vehicles. In each case I have found the team to be friendly, helpful and trying to get me only the services I require.

Although not exactly in my area I found the location of Midtown to be well-placed as it is across from a major mall (Yorkdale) and therefore has easy access to the subway system.

My car was ready on time and washed for me as well.

Excellent experience. The Service Advisor was friendly and knowledgeable, and very informative. I also like the extras such as free coffee, newspaper and WiFi while you are waiting for your vehicle.

Prompt Service
As always, everyone at midtown Honda was there to help, with prompt service and a smile. The job was done quickly and the option of a shuttle service, which is always on time, is an added bonus.

Treat me like family
Went to Midtown for a scheduled oil change. Welcomed by staff immediately by name. Quickly processed my paperwork quickly and efficiently. Was in and out in no time at all. Thank you for making me feel not just like another customer.

Awesome Service Team
The team at midtown honda, specifically the service department is awesome!! They always have an appt for me when I need it, they are upfront with the cost and when I pick up my vehicle I trust that I will be safe when I leave the lot.

Excellent from the minute I came in
Service was excellent from the minute I came in!! Liz was great and let me know the pricing on everything and how long it would take to complete. The car is running great, I can always count on the team at Midtown Honda.

Excellent service from start to finish
From the friendly reminder, to the drive-through service desk, to the waiting lounge with refreshments and amenities (Wifi, etc), to the very very helpful Service Manager, to the shuttle drivers, even paying the bill was quick, friendly, utmost professional.

Best Experience Ever!
This was by far the best experience I have ever had withe dealership service from the staff to the job they did on my's like driving a new van. And it was ready early. More than satisfied. I will never go anywhere else with my Honda.

Great Experience
The overall experience was great! Liz, the service advisor was prompt, friendly and knowledgable. I will return only for the service advisor because the quality of service is the same with all honda dealerships- but the service is what stands apart!

Good Work Service Department
From the convenience of booking my appt by email, the drive through drop off with staff ready and waiting to take my vehicle, the offer to drive me to Yorkdale, the screen with updates in the waiting area, the updates from my assigned service advisor to the follow up phone call to ensure I was satisfied. All of these little details add up to an experience being much more convenient and pleasant than one would expect when servicing their vehicle.

A Quality Company to Deal With
We picked up our pre-owned '06 Toyota Yaris on Monday and I want to bring to your attention the excellent service we received from our salesman Al Ramji.

From my first telephone conversation with him he was courteous and professional. It was a pleasure to work with Al in making our purchase.

I would also like to compliment Midtown Honda for the excellent manner in which they advertise their vehicles on the internet. Your photography is excellent as is the Midtown Honda background. It gave me a very clear understanding of the vehicle I was interested in. I was immediately drawn to you advertisement and thought this must be a quality company to deal with. Our experience has confirmed that.

Friendly Staff
I appreciated the friendliness of all the Honda Staff. It was wonderful to get my car washed and the drive-clean transmission test all done during my visit. Also the new facility feels very "state of the art" in its appearance and the "progress chart" showing the status of your car's servicing. Thank you for a positive experience!

A Shout Out to Earl Murphy in Service
I came in yesterday mid afternoon without an appointment for what I thought was just an oil change. Turns out I was due for a tune up. At first I did not think they would be able to accommodate me but when Earl Murphy the Service Agent understood my work situation he went out of his way to accommodate me so I would not have to come back. He was extremely courteous and helpful. I really appreciated his customer service. Many thanks!

Great Service Staff
I didn't realize my car needed a 3 hr job, and I had an appointment which required transportation. I was happy to know that I still could have the work done on my car and be shuttled to my appointment and be picked up. As well,I found anyone with whom I dealt were extremely helpful and courteous.

I would like to bring to your attention this great experience
lived in you dealership. Today I brought my honda civic to your Service Department. Mark, your Service Advisor was busy taking care of a customer at that moment. Immediately another service representative, a guy with his head shaved, -I'm sorry I didn't ask him for his name - came to my car and told me that he would take care of me while Mark was taken care of another customer. I did not have to wait and was told that it might take about 45 mins., or less to replace my sun visor which was broken. To make the whole experience even better, I was informed that Honda Canada was covering the part and the labour involved because I have the extended warranty offered by the manufacturer and it was also included in the factory warranty.
I believe this experience can not go unseen, ignored or untold therefore, I am writing these few words to show my appreciation to your customer service leadership, to the Service Department and to all your Services Representatives taking charge of your customers.
