Pine Tree Ford

Advertised a 2019 Ford E450 cube van for $41,900 on Kijiji. After many phone calls and texts, I told the manager I can pay $39 500 + HST no financing required. He told me I should come see it, maybe we can work something out. He knew I was coming from a far distance away, 2 hour drive. The next day I drove two hours, ready to by it. When I sat down with the manager, he explained that I also had to buy the box on the truck, and that the truck was actually $57,000. I was obviously upset and told them I was willing to pay the $41,900 + HST advertised price as it only had 74.5kilometers even though it was 1 year and 10 months old. I told them the year 2021 is only two months away and they will have to reduce the price in the winter to move it, since other 2019 cube van will also be reduced. They didn't care. I contacted OMVIC and reported them. Over the phone, OMVIC agreed they were in the wrong. I also contacted CBC Marketplace. They also said I couldn't test drive it when I came to see it, which I also thought was weird. Anyway.... all in all a really bad experience. At that time there were similar 2019 E450 cube vans with regular boxes with under 30,000km for $37,000 to $38,000. The truck they are selling had an aerodynamic box and it only had 74.5km so, $41,900 was a great price.
I guess OMVIC must have done their job as the ad on Kijiji is still up but with a $55,300 price... Essentially what they did was a bait and switch, not cool....Very unprofessional.
They should have taken my offer when they had the chance. They will be brushing snow off that truck all winter as it is currently the highest priced 2019 Ford E450 in all of Canada...
I advise everyone to beware and don't waste your time with these guys, or at least be careful; that's just my opinion after my awful experience. 1 star !!!

I just would like to say that I came in for some repairs and dealt with a superb gentleman! Ryan. The service was great an I will definitely be coming back!

This was the worst experience of buying a new vehicle and we do not recommend if you are looking for a bit of politeness while spending a lot of money on a new car. The reasoning for this is:
-waiting 2 and a bit hours on the first appointment day, appointment was at 3PM and waited until 5:30 by the time we actually got to sit down and go over things.
-salesman treated us like a number and was on the phone the whole time with other people all while bragging how they sell over 200 cars a month.
-rude emails and minimal contact regarding pick up times ext.
-apart of our deal was our old truck as a trade in, we got the car beginning of Sept. They were suppose to pick up in Sept. and didn't get back to us until end of Oct.

Overall bad experience with the sales and horrible communication.

I dropped into Pine Tree Ford today for a quick oil change and service on my vehicle. This is not my usual dealership and was pleasantly surprised at how inviting and friendly the service advisor was who quickly took my information and had my car in and out just as quick as any drive in lube store. I was on my way and did not miss my meeting. Quick, efficient friendly, and very helpful. Thank you Christian and Pine Tree.

Just bought a used 2015 Mustang GT Premium with Performance Package. I had a great experience over at Pine Tree Ford Lincol with especially Sean Seth, a sales representative. He did an amazing job in meeting my requests and to deliver the vehicle on time. His manager Tony was also patient and thoughtful as he gave me a rear set of tires on the house. I recommend Pine Tree Ford Lincoln to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

I was greeted by my service manager, Frank Bevacqua. Always friendly and greets you with a smile and asks how you are doing today and what can I help you with today. He is very knowledgeable about whatever problem your vehicle might have and works at clarifying the problem for you if you can't explain it and will try many different ways to solve your problem. I have been dealing with Frank for many years and have never had any problems with him. He is a real asset for Pine Tree and you are lucky he works for you. I hope you never lose him to another dealership because I would probably not come back to Pine Tree for service. However, sometimes I find the mechanics to be working slower than they should. Waiting hours for a minor thing such as checking tire pressure or a lube and oil change should not happen. I find when the service advisor goes into the back to check on your vehicle the mechanics start working faster. When I owned a Honda, the service area could be watched through a glass window and you could actually see your vehicle being worked on. I never waiting very long for the simple things and I usually got the same mechanic working on my vehicle every time I required service. At Pine Tree you cannot see anything and don't know who is working on your vehicle. I think Honda has a great concept that the customer can actually see the work being done. I would rate your service advisors 4/5 but actually mechanics 2.5/5.

I recently came into Pine Tree Ford and received excellent customer service from Christian. I brought in my Lincoln MKZ. I have been to many dealerships or just stores in general and find it hard to receive good service. Christian made it easy! I also don't usually take the time to write reviews but I at least wanted to thank him and thank Pine Tree Ford.

Christian's awesome! He was very patient and personable when answering all my questions. He was also very clear in explaining what I needed to know about the maintenance of my car. I appreciate that Christian took the time to write down any additional information I needed to remember for the future maintenence of my car. I've recently brought my Ford Explorer Sport Trac into Pine Tree Ford.

The service advisor, Christian Fruci, that I dealt with was absolutely exceptional. He was friendly, helpful and approachable.

This morning when I went in to pick up my vehicle he was there to explain and break down the charges on my invoice.

In the past I've gone to other mechanics and never received this kind of service.
