Like other reviews, the company presents very well. Once under way, you soon realize you are dealing with amateurs. Unwilling to deal with their mistakes, billing you for their screw-ups. The most frustrating experience we have had to deal with.

Loved talking to the designer who took time and really helped us design our dream kitchen, but since we said bye to her things weren't so great. The schedule kept getting behind, the contractor kept reminding us how we picked out "wrong" fixtures and were giving him troubles (Made us realize they are not communicating with the designer at all), and a little but important details were quite a bit off: the behind of sink was not sealed and I could feel draft. It was a hard-to-reach spot and out of sight. We called them in for another too obvious problem (we had ignored the sink part because we did not want to deal with them again) to have it fixed under their advertised warranty. Before they finish it, they send us a bill for the repair... ugh!
So sorry to hear you've had so much trouble! This must be so aggravating for you; especially since you've made the decision to renovate & all anyone would want is to get the job done quickly, done right & end up with a beautiful finished product for the price you were quoted for in the beginning!
