Incompetent incompetent incompetent. I took both of my cars in for simple tire replacement on one and a brake service on the other. First we were told the tire would take 45 minutes...it took 3 hours. Don't expect to have a nice place to sit while you're waiting for them to get done banging on your car either. There's an old bench outside with broken slats right in the sun...or the floor. Whether the lengthy waiting period was from incompetence, apathy, or a simple lack of staffing (I saw 2 or 3 employees with up to 5 customers stacking up work orders). After standing around for 3 hours I was told by the simpleton behind the desk that my car was ready. To my surprise my car had been left running for the ENTIRE time it was there, blowing ice cold A/C. When I asked if the A/C would be recharged since that was very clearly a stupid thing to do...I was told the price of a recharge. I had to be at work and didn't have time to quibble with Mr. Minimum Wage. The other car, which was supposed to take 2 hours, wasn't even started until I called and asked about it the NEXT DAY. Several hours and arguements later my brakes were fixed, I was out $400, and my passenger door handle is stuck. I'm in the process of getting Sears corporate to make the brutes at least fix the door latch. Don't ever go here if you value your time, money, or sanity.

P.S. When my wife called about the latch on her door they laughed at her and made rude remarks about how she is "those people." She's hispanic. Oh and that was the manager.
