I had a very large tree damaged by lightning . I initially contacted another company that promised to remove it but never showed up. After putting up with excuses and waiting two days , I contacted Pinecrest and someone showed up that afternoon (Tues) , gave me a price and said they'd be here Thurs. I was kept informed of their plans and they showed up as promised and removed the tree . The work took about five hours and it was done by a mannerly and competent crew. Afterward, the mess and debris was cleaned up . I would recommend them to anyone that asks me
