Locked out late at night. No fun. Called my local locksmith Fidelity Locksmith. Got back in after a short wait. Wasn’t free, wasn’t cheap, but very reasonable. The technician didn’t even damage the old lock.

Very professional and courteous over the phone. The locksmith was also professional, polite and responsible. To top it all off, he arrived half an hour before the quoted time which was awesome! Highly recommend this place if you're ever locked out of your home or mailbox!

Really great customer service--super accommodating and professional. I called to inquire about window gates for my fire escape and ended up getting my windows measured that same day. A week later, my custom-made gates are installed (installation took no more than 15 minutes). I'm super happy with them. They look great and I feel 10x safer in my apartment.
