I bought a new Prius C here this summer and just brought it in for the first service. I was overall really happy with the sales process, got a great deal and am happy with the car. However for the first service they didn't wash the car. Other than that I was happy with service and the shuttle picked me up and dropped me off at home while they had the car. I just hope they wash the car next time.

I have driven a Camray for 8 years and it was the best experience. All areas of contact were professional and worked to your schedule . Even the cafeteria is good especially the fried egg sandwich. If you are looking for a Toyota, this the dealership to consider. They are the fantastic!

Last Friday just before closing I brought my Toyota Camry for some urgent unexpected repairs, Zoltan the receptionist met me with a smile, and as soon as he became aware of the problem called the mechanic who replaced the damaged parts, tested, and I was on my way, I always have my car serviced at Ken Shaw, I wasn't expecting such a fast efficient service on Friday afternoon with no appointment,

I was looking a car for myself for more than a month looked over most of GTA and suburbs TOYOTA Dealers but didn't find the car I am looking for.Finally I found KenShaw where I find what I was looking for. I just bought Corolla 2010 the experience I have over all was very excellent, sales people are very nice and they also have knowledge about there Preowned cars. The most important thing is pricing I found best compare yo all GTA and Suburbs Toyota Dealers. The sales person Mr Anwar was very knowledgeable and very friendly with me from the time I came there first time till the end I have the car.

I amso glad that I came to Ken Shaw Toyota Dealer because I had such a pleasant shopping experience that began with having a conversation with Ernie who was pleasant . When I arrived at the Dealership Ernie welcomed me warmly and as he was busy helping another customer he handed me over to Fraser. Fraser listened intently to my needs and took me over to see the cars. He put me very much at ease with his pleasant manner as we went on the test drive. After going over the details of the car I wished to buy, I thought I should mull over the decision. What really impressed me and was a deciding factor to come back, was the fact that Fraser was concerned about my needs as he pointed out what I needed to look out for and he was not pushy . I checked out other dealers and the price and was satisfied I was in for a good deal with Ken Shaw. Once I made a firm decision to purchase the car of my choice, Fraser kept me up-to-date with what was happening every step of the way. When I forgot my certified cheque for the payment, Fraser tried to help me in all ways from finding alternative means to get back to my home to finally arranging financing with Ken Shaw.

We are Hongjie, Liu and Benxin, Hu. We bought a used Toyota Matrix from Ken Shaw Toyota at the end of last month. Just as what your poster says, Once a Toyota, always Toyota. I had driven a Toyota Matrix before, the year of which was 2009. It was a great car and we love it too much! Unfortunately, it was totalled by an unexpected big fallen branch during a stormy night. It was a dizaster and we were very upset. We decided to buy a second Toyota Matrix, because it is spacious and practical and it has everything we need and want.
During the course of purchase of this car, we experienced a very strong and harmonious atmosphere of a big family.And we can feel the true essence of Family Owned, Customer Driven.

I'm happy to report a very good experience purchasing my new 2014 Toyota Corolla at Ken Shaw. The salesman Tom Vu was endlessly patient with my questions, and was always friendly and responsive. I went back to Ken Shaw because I find the Toyota a very reliable car and the dealership very pleasant to deal with, both in sales and the service department.

I have had Dave Bates as my Service Advisor for over 25 years. Dave is now currently at Ken Shaw Toyota in Toronto.

I am very fortunate to have Dave as my Service Advisor. He is thoroughly professional, has a caring and warm disposition, and continues to ensure that I get the best service for my car. He always goes beyond what is required of him to make me feel that I am a valued customer.

More importantly, I know I can trust him implicitly and that he would not take advantage of any of his service advisees.

When Dave moved to Ken Shaw, I was a bit concerned about his new location. I can say that I have been very pleased with this facility in terms of the ease of getting to the service bay area.

Also, I find the lounge waiting area excellent as there are computer work stations, as well as WiFi if you choose to use your own computer.

The cafeteria is functional but comfortable, and the food service is of good quality, with a very accommodating "chef".

I highly recommend Dave Bates and Ken Shaw Toyota Service Department.

I bought a two years old Toyota Camry from Kenshaw. My salesperson was Kevin Morvaridi. He was patience, gentle, knowledgeable, and very customer oriented. He was persistent with his boss in trying get me a better deal for the "new" used car and the "old" car that I was trading in. Need not the say, he was successful in getting me a better deal. Kenshaw is a responsible and honest dealer because when I went to pickup the car, I noticed the back bumper of the car had a small crack. Kenshaw not only offer to repair it at no charged. They also repainted the whole bumper. The repaired bumper is like new. If you want quality service and fair prices, I recommend KenShaw Toyota.

The people at Ken Shaw Lexus/Toyota/Scion are absolute professionals. They are courteous and respectful through the entire process, but they also know how to make buying a car fun and exciting rather than stressful. I never felt like I had to play games to get a reasonable price, and I always felt valued as a customer. The staff were all highly knowledgeable and answered all my questions. In fact, the sales and financing staff I dealt with were highly focused on getting me the right car and the right packages for my needs without trying to up-sell.

The dealership is open long hours for sales and service, and they offer lots of amenities (including free hot drinks and a cafeteria) to make the shopping or service experience comfortable.

I have been purchasing my vehicles from Ken Shaw Lexus Toyota for over 20 years. It is always a pleasure doing business with them.
