I will try to keep this short. I was leaking radiator fluid from somewhere. They said I need a new radiator. They said I should replace all the hoses, clamps, cap, fluid, thermostat, etc. at the same time. The original price was at least 6 hours of labor and $1500 but then they gave me a break for $1380.00 which was basically at least double the going rate. Fine I'm a sucker that needed it that day for work so I told them to do it. They called me 3 1\2 (not 6 1\2) hours later and said it was done. I picked it that night then in the morning I popped the hood to find fluid still leaking in the pan; no hoses or anything replaced that I could see; still smelling fluid; fluid level still low, etc. etc. I couldn't see anything they did and still had all the problems I had when I brought it in. I called them and all manager guy Jay said was, "I guess they didn't replace the hoses so we can give you $120.00 back". What a rip off! They charge more than double the going rate; don't fix the problem and don't do the work that they grossly overcharge you for!
