I worked with Shakhari and she is AMAZING!! The underwriters had questions and follow up with me to setup my loan and she was so helpful in helping me get the right documents to the right people. From when I submitted everything, she got it taken care of in less than a day!

Ken always has a big smile for me when I come in. I tend to be a chatty goof, and he always lets me "entertain" him with my stories. Ken is very amiable and handles my needs promptly and efficiently. Also, Genisys runs some great CD specials that cannot be matched.
We've used this branch a few times, and it has always been filled with kind, helpful, and efficient employees. We just completed a personal loan with them through Miral Patel, and she was super easy to work with, kind, and someone I hope to work with again. Thank you!

My credit union merged with zeal and I had such a horrible experience transferring my accounts with no help from the staff so I decided to look for a credit union with good customer service. Genisys CU did not disappoint. I was able to speak with an actual person when I had questions. Reps have been knowledgeable and courteous
I came into the office to get a letter of good standing which is a basic request. Sadly, Genisys is not able to process a lot of basic requests, maybe the limitations of a credit unit. The initial teller was very friendly. When I negotiated some type of a letter that my account was in good standing. I waiting over 15 minutes after the manager (Alerhea Jeanes) went into her office and proceeded to talk with her coworker about clothes and life in general not working on the letter, not even the audacity to close the door to act like they were having a business relevant conversation. When I watched as she finally typed the letter, I should have been waiting no more than 2 minutes. Usually the tellers and general staff are very customer service oriented, this was not a good experience.
I needed a loan rather quickly to put a roof on my mother’s home. Nick was superb throughout the process. Taking my excessive amount of calls with grace and communicating wonderfully even though I was rather persistent. He was patient and offered options and helped me to not only get the load quickly but also offer ideas to help build my credit! If you need a loan, Nick is your guy! Love my credit union!
I recently became a member and had a great experience working with Miral Patel. She helped me secure my loans and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Miral was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. Her excellent customer service made me feel confident every step of the way. I highly recommend working with her!
I have been a member of Genysis Credit Union for approximately 12 years. I cannot express how happy I have been with their services. Special kudos to Alethea Jeanes and Nick McLennan who helped me with a very sensitive banking matter. They went over and above, seeing that my accounts were protected. I have belonged to other credit unions and none compared to Genisys.
I’ve been banking with this credit union since 2019. I recently lost my car in a crash and caught an uber to the branch to deposit a check. I deposited my check and then went to wait for my uber home. Because it was 5:30, it was time for the bank to close , and it was also rush hour, so I had to wait 15+ mins for an uber. The branch manager would not allow me to wait for my uber inside and instead made me wait 15-20 mins outside in the cold on the sidewalk. All employees were still inside closing up when my uber arrived 20 mins later, so I’m not sure why I couldn’t wait on my ride inside in the warmth. This branch is cruel and does not care about human beings.
Miral Patel was amazing to work with. She worked with my wife and I with our busy schedule and was able to make our transaction as smooth as possible. She kept us informed and made the whole process transparent and easy. I can't recommend her enough! Thank you again!
