Our firm was founded by Carman J. Overholt, Q.C., a senior litigation lawyer who has practiced employment law, labour relations law, and commercial litigation in downtown Vancouver, British Columbia for over 28 years. The firm first opened its doors in June 2012, after which we quickly grew from a sole legal practice to a team of lawyers who are experienced in a broad range of legal practice areas.
