Nice experience.
I came to Lexus of Richmond Hill for my first car, NX 200t. Luiza Fon Goldring is my sales associate. She is really nice, professional and considerable. She tried her best to find the car for me since it's the end of year and there were not many options for me to choose. It was nice experience at Lexus of Richmond Hill. I would absolutely recommend her.

Excellent & I'd highly recommend Anthony
I've been dealing with LRH for 10 years and I have been very happy with the service and the vehicles (IS 250 & RX 350). The quality and reliability of the vehicles, in my opinion, are second to none. The service is always on time and I have never had any issues with any of the work performed.

The dealership itself is very pleasant and all of the staff members are very friendly and accommodating.

I would highly recommend you seek out this dealership and Anthony in particular.

Great location and service!
Bought my first Lexus in this dealership and was surprised by how friendly and helpful everyone was! Didn't plan on getting Lexus for myself but I got really sweet deal and I just couldn't resist. Salesperson(Greg Ashkenazy) showed me different cars, explained the major differences between them, gave me good suggestions and I was finally set to discuss the price on the car I liked. I explained what options I wanted on the car and he was really helpful giving me the best deal and lease rate! I would grealy suggest his professional services based on my personal experience!

Excellent and Professional Services
I had experience in purchasing vehicles from Mercedes Benz and Audi, but purchasing RX350 from Lexus Richmond Hill brought me exceptional experience. The Sales Consultant, Dillon Hu, provided excellent and professional experience, and satisfied after sale services. I hereby recommend Dillon Hu to other potential buyers.

Outstanding purchasing experience!
Over the years, we have purchased over 20 new cars from various GTA car dealers. The buying process can be very challenging having to work through overly aggressive sales people who try to push what they have rather than what you might want. Our recent purchase at Lexus of Richmond Hill was different. We just picked up a new 2017 Lexus ES and I must say, this was the best new car purchasing experience that we have had. Our sales person, Michael Tauro was friendly, professional and took the time to listen to our needs, fully explained the car features and dealer services and offered many helpful suggestions throughout the purchase and delivery process. We had been shopping elsewhere but after meeting Michael and the balance of the Lexus of Richmond Hill team, it was an easy decision to make our purchase with them.

AWFUL SERVICE AND FRAUDULENT CONCEALMENT FROM THE TOP DOWN
LEMON used is 250 sold and FRAUDULENT CONCEALMENT of disrepair attempted by used car sales -ROBBY BUDIMAN and management at this location - KASRA MOUSAVI, DANIEL PARK and MIKE MAGLIO. Upon pick up, the car presented with a broken windshield, undercarriage in disrepair, excessive shaking and os sensor's out. Both managers attempted to conceal the repair issues repeatedly and pointed the finger at one another and then began to yell at us stating that they understand how they look and that this never should have happened. They sent us home after a supposed thorough inspection multiple times and KASRA MOUSAVI hung up on us multiple times until manager Daniel Park was convinced into taking a test drive. He then tried to cover up the issues while driving by stating that nothing was wrong until the noises from the undercarriage were too loud to hide. This forced him to point the finger at asst. Manager KASRA MOUSAVI for failure to disclose the severity of the issues to him and assistant manager KASRA MOUSAVI called back to point the finger back at Mr. Park. Sent home again after repairs were completed and both stated that the CAR NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN TO US IN THIS CONDITION MULTIPLE TIMES and OS issue presented within a couple of days. Both managers said they did not know what to do and made no attempts to be proactive/ accountable in resolving the matter and hung up on us. The GM then acknowledged that the ball was dropped repeatedly in service and product quality and promised the cash value of the car to be put towards another IS 250. Good faith voicemail attempts to claim the cars value and accept his offer for another car on his website have been repeatedly ignored by GM - Maglio. Ineptitude in service quality flowing top down. Inspections and product quality, service quality and problem solving capacity and FRAUDULENT concealment and promises made throughout. Avoid this dealership and it's incompetent - lying staff at all costs. I have since asked for their OMBUDSMAN but the receptionist and management have not complied.

Waited there for 45 minutes just for a signature
This is my worst customer service experience in such a long time. I waited in the lobby for Lin Ding, the financial manager for over 45 minutes, just for a 10 second, signing a document. The concierge and a few sales people were paging her, calling her, and she was not answering, although she was in her room. I am not sure I would recommend this location to anybody.

Best Sales Experience Ever - Thank you Archie Farrokhi
I recently leased my fourth Lexus with Archie and made it clear that I was tight on time and did not want to haggle back and forth. Understanding this, he sold me my 2016 RX350 in 18 minutes and I got a great deal.

Archie Farrokhi is courteous, highly professional, efficient, down to earth and, most importantly, ethical. My experience with him was better than any other that I have had. I trust him and will happily send my family, friends and clients his way. It was a pleasure doing business with you.

Amazing Experience, would do business with again!
I was looking for a new car but wasn't sure what I was looking for. Went to this dealership and was assisted by a gentlemen named Archie. He was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He was very friendly and accommodating to my needs and wants. One of the best decision, love the car!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
We purchased our RX350 back in 2012 and we regret it ever since we had our first oil change/service done at this location. The car was purchased in April 2012 and by the end of the month the molding around the front passenger window kept coming off and every time they tried fixing it, it would only stay in place for a week. I had more issues with the car and they never accepted responsibility and always tried to blame it on me. They switched me over to a new rep a while ago who is very rude, abrupt and disrespectful. Since I kept getting stressed out and left the dealership feeling disrespected every time I went with this guy, I asked the receptionists to leave a note on my file to go with someone else instead of him. But they never paid attention to the note and always kept booking my appointments with the same guy. Last time I visited the dealership to get the molding fixed they fixed the rear one instead which did NOT need to be fixed and when I told the rep that they fixed the wrong one he got mad at me and yelled out “You have NEVER told us about the front one and we have been fixing the rear one ever since you started bringing the car in for service”. That was the last strike for me so I asked to talk to their manager and I asked him to print out every service I had with them to see if they have always been fixing the rear or the rep was lying to me. Turns out since I was switched over to the new rep, they kept fixing the rear one but before that it was the front one. The manager promised me that they would take care of the molding with a new approach but the molding came off AGAIN. I’m so disappointed and sick and tired of going to their dealership. Every time they wash my car there are new scratches all over it and they never fix anything anyway. They have the worst customer service and simply do not resolve any problems. Their staff really need to be trained all over again and they need to hire people that actually CARE. They talk down to their customers, do not use common courtesies and to top it all they also feel like it is ok to raise their voice when talking to a customer.

Best car experience ever !!!!!
My husband has just leased a 2016 LEXUS NX 200t. This is our third LEXUS . We dealt with Dillon Hu. What a pleasure to deal with ! Very knowledgeable about the car and he gave us a great deal too. This is the second time we dealt with him. I got my RX350 this past summer through him too. We are enjoying our cars and our experience with LEXUS of Richmond Hill. Richmond Hill Lexus Disrespect Customers with trade in
Richmond Hill Lexus disrespect its customers when it comes to trade in. I had this experience twice already. They value their vehicle but when it comes to your vehicle the offer you nothing. The way the used Sales Manager value you and his demeanor is disrespectful to put mildly.

2016 Lexus ES-350
I’ve been with my existing Lexus GS-350 more than 5 years and when time comes to replace the car I knew already it would be the Lexus only. At this time I choose the Lexus ES-350 and really enjoy it right now. This car is marvellous, comfortable and meets all my expectations for a luxury car. Lexus IS300 AWD F Sport
This is our 2nd Car From Greg Ashkenazy at Lexus, he has helped us to get into a newer model with the Sport Package we wanted and he kept our price very similar coming from a 2012 non f sport model. Greg is very easy to deal with and he puts the customer first trying his hardest to get you in the car you want. He has very good knowledge of all the Lexus vehicles and he can answer all of your questions. We will continue to purchase our vehicles from Greg as he has always been extremely helpful and has always made us extremely satisfied as we leave the dealership with our cars.

Great customer service
I walk to Lexus of Richmond hill and got greeted with reception lady and she called the sales person Vahid going by (TK) regarding used car .
He welcome me with happy face to they showroom and start with offering me coffe and asking me about the car I am interest to see , very perfesinal and knowledgable about the car and inventory that they had in lot .
He didn't waste my time and find me the right RX350 , I am so happy with his service and my purchase .

Rigid and profit oriented sales department.
I serviced my Lexus with them for almost more than 3 years and I was completely satisfied with their level of service. The car was new and purchased from them.

When the time came to shop for another Lexus, I presented them with a written offer from a different Lexus dealer. I assumed that with me being an existing client of Richmond Hill Lexus, they would be interested to retain me as a client and match the offer on the table.

Long story short, Richmond Hill Lexus declined to match the existing offer; the reason provided was that there wasn't enough margin for them to be interested in the deal. While they had the right to do it (their business), it was shortsighted. I purchased my new Lexus somewhere else and I also service it somewhere else. It was simply disappointing to see how Lexus Richmond Hill values the profit margin more than keeping their clients.

very happy
it was two weeks ago that i drove from belleville to markham to see and test drive a 2013 rx350. i had no luck and planned on returning home. i then decided to call lexus of richmond hill. i spoke to kumar jegasothy and then drove to the dealership. he is a very nice man and makes the process of car buying very relaxing and simple. i recommend you ask for him if you are planning a purchase there. you will be very happy you did. he takes care of everything and really looks after you both during and especially after the sale. thanks, kumar!
this dealership also has professional and friendly staff. i had to return to the dealer a few days after the
purchase of my 2015 rx350 as it turned out water had gotten into a front tire. samson lopez in service did an amazing job. not only did he remove and check the front tires, he also had the two rear tires removed from the rims to check for water. very thorough, and very impressive. thanks, samson!
this brings me to the service manager. i met trevor ostash while in the service department. he told me to call anytime if i had a question regarding my vehicle or the service. i took him up on that a few days later and he promptly returned my call! thank you, trevor
i am very impressed with the way i have been looked after at this dealership. this my fourth lexus which will now be looked after in richmond hill.
