As a bit of background, this BBQ unit has been operating for very many years (Over 20).
Most recently during the last 18 months, every Tuesday evening, this BBQ has been put into regular duty, as our branch hosts a Burger Night that is attended by many in our local community.
Our patrons have increased from around 20 persons, to 115 last Tuesday.
This event has become a vital source of funding for our volunteer-supported Legion.
One of our members has been so impressed with the BBQ, that he purchased the same model at Rona last weekend.That one will go to the cabin at the lake in a few weeks to cook for his family and their many summer guests.

I have had to order parts twice now and the service is always excellent.
The amazing thing is I just ordered parts again for a BBQ that is just over 12 years old and the parts are still available, that is unheard these days were so many things seem to be obsolete as soon as you buy them.

Superb customer service. I was looking for parts for my BBQ. Customer service was excellent. parts arrived in 2 days! Great value as well. Will keep my BBQ going for many more years.
On several occasions I`ve ordered parts. Their staff is very knowledgeable, they always have stock, parts orders are always correct and the parts are delivered in a few days.
Great company to work with. Ordered a part for our Patio Range SS BBQ that was 10 years old, and I had it in days.

7 years old, never covered, outside all winter and just now the burners went. This BBQ has been awesome from day 1. Heavy duty stainless steel does not rust. Parts are being sent out for less than I thought. Will be a repeat customer if I ever need a new one.

The exemplary customer service provided by the team is and should be an example to other companies. Claude went over and above to assist me with an issue I was having with my 8 year old BBQ ( that I truly love )and through simple diagnostics and at a low cost was able to get her fired up again.

I purchased an SS 60884 from Costco about 7 years ago, I was in need of new grills and burners so I called S.R Potten for information on how to aquire these parts. I was able to pick up the parts at the service counter, the person in charge guided me through the proper steps. With helpful tips on installation Lee made it very easy for me to replace and instal my parts, He was a consummate professional, always performing his every duty with the utmost care.

Called S.R. Potten and ordered the parts for my Grill Chef BBQ on Wednesday and received it at my door Friday morning. Very pleased with the great service. Works like new again and I didn't have to buy a new BBQ. Thank you Mike!
Bought this BBQ in 2006, needed new burner in 2009, called S.R. Potten one day, received replacement burner the next. Fabulous service. Unfortunately, I didn't keep (or lost) the info from that transaction, so had to hunt around to track them down again.
I now need to replace the burner and the heat shield, and will call them tomorrow, expecting the same great service.
For the record, the igniter and regulator are originals, and still working fine.

J'ai eu un problème sur l'infra-rouge de la rôtisserie l'an passé et après un appel téléphonique, on m'a résolu mon problème et tout fonctionne bien.
Au printemps, j'avais des difficultés sur l'infra-rouge pour Steaks.
Après une rencontre avec un proposé de la compagnie, on m'a informé
sur le processus de nettoyage de l'unité.
J'ai pu aussi obtenir une nouvelle unité que j'ai installé sur mon BBQ.
Le tout fonctionne numéro 1
Je garde l'unité usagée pour réserve si ma nouvelle unité devait être inutilisable.

I purchased a BBQ from Zellers 6 weeks ago and now zellers is closed and GONE , but when opened Box to put the BBQ together it was damaged and called S R Potten Enterprises and the two parts arrived 36 HOURS later, WOW A+++ for S R Potten !!!!

I bought this grille from Costco 6 years ago. Three burners were completely rusted and cracked.Went to the parts department and was given free of charge all 5 burners.The warranty on these parts is 5 years.

I purchased a BBQ from zellers on clearance it was missing the right shelf front stainless. I called s r potten on Monday and the part was waiting for me when i got home from work on Tuesday.. it was the best customer service i have ever received. The fit and finish of the BBQ is not great but for the $200 i spent i am very happy. I found it got up to temperature very quickly and had even heat i would recommend buying one if you are looking for an inexpensive good looking and well working BBQ
My GrillChef was purchased in June 2005. The cast iron burners were replaced under warranty in 2010. This year I have replaced the rear panel and rotiserrie burner which is used on average 25 times per year. Parts service and prices are fantastic with SR Potten. This is the best grill I've ever owned and hopes to get another 7 years out of it.
Just got off the phone with S R Potten whom i guess were the distributors for Beaumark bbqs. I needed the hose from the side burner to the main burners. I am glad to have found out they still stock parts!!!!! Not only that but thay are willing to invoice you or cod. Quite handy as i don`t use credit cards. I do use pay pal and would have been happy to oblige them with this if they become a member. My BBQ is about 10yrs old and one of the best gas ones I have owned. Great company to deal with!!!!!!!!!
I purchased a grill mate BBQ from the Brick in Sept 08 - I used it once until June /09 & then approx 3 times a week for the season & the same in 10 & 11 - April of 12 the burner had gone (was completely rusted as well as 2 electrodes - ordered new burner & electrodes ($90.00) went to use BBQ yesterday - plastic ring in valve that connects to tank broke - cannot be fixed unless BBQ is taken apart to replace valve & hose - This barbecue is a piece of crap & I will never purchase again nor recommend a Grillmate - BBQ is going to the dump- This BBQ is basically 3 years old - I have had BBQ's that have lasted 10 yrs with no problems
I purchased the Bbq a few years ago and my husband left it outside year round for the past 2 years. The grill plate rusted (our fault for leaving it out) and I called the number from inside the instruction manual, to ask how much this plate would cost and if the parts were still available. Much to my surprise it was still available and cheaper than I thought it would be and had it shipped. The service I received was fantastic!!! I would absolutely recommend this Company to anyone. Great work!!!
I have had this patio range goin on 3 yrs,still works.Less than 1 yr of owning it the burner covers were rusted out,still under warranty i contacted manufacturer they didnt beleive me and wanted proof before they would do anything.Because I do not own a digital camera to send proof so I left it.Costco would gladly have taken it back but by looking around first I would have spent a few hundred more dollars replacing it,so I kept it.Only other flaw burners run too hot its like its always on high.Funny, my father,same name bought one prior to me and they sent him all the parts he needed with no questions.Like I told the customer service rep I will go out of my way and pocket book to never buy a product of theirs again,Weber or Napolean can have my money.Cheers to customer service! After four years of year round use, my PR7000 has only required a burner and heat plate. This is the only BBQ I've owned from brand new, and am thrilled with the product and the service offered for parts replacement. Parts always seem available and arrive with alacrity after dealing with the friendly service folk.
I wish all companies were as easy as this one to deal with.
