VERY FRUSTRATING SERVICE!nna) Agents interrupt your consultation to check new customers in. While it was my turn to be helped, Bryan, the 'lead' consultant had me wait several times while he was checking in new customers.nEasy Fix: Use a 'Pick-A-Number' Reelnnb) Fraudulent interests?nBryan, the lead consultant, tried to charge me a $25 service fee. He only backed down after checking with his manager Kadijah and not being able to show me in writing that they can charge that fee. My TEP contract clearly states that first two transactions are free.nnI must have been too overwhelming for Bryan that he even forgot to ask for the pin code to unlock my screen - not that, like in the other post, they would wait 2 hours for me to return ...... very unprofessional!nnc) Although the TEP protection plan states that phone, battery, and charger is included, KADIJAH tried to explain that batteries are void after one year. She lied to me! She even asked another consultant for help to find her claim supported in the pamphlet but could not! nnEventually KADIJAH produced some internal paper that documents that she is either part of this fraudulent scheme or a helpless minion in this scheme: APPROVED BY SPRINT, this paper directs employees to not apply TEP to batteries. I will use this documentation to follow up with Sprint directly.nnMy personal impression is that employees are expected to turn down customer's request, charge illicit fees, and convince intimidated customers to upgrade rather than fix their problem.nnI do not know yet, if corporate SPRINT is behind this fishy business OR if there is a local manager responsible for this. I will try to find out.nnTotally disillusioned by this store and its employees.nnKADIJAH, BRYAN, AND PHILLIP deserve only 1 out of 10 Stars for their lack of professionalism and customer service.
