At The Law Firm of David Benning Smith, I combine experience with a hands-on and faith-based approach to service to reach ideal resolutions for my clients.
In criminal law cases, I bring my background as a former prosecutor for the district attorney's office to look at all possible options to help my clients reach the best possible outcome. This, along with the professionalism and respect I have won from the legal community, readies me for any criminal case.
When I work on family law cases, I always try to help resolve issues in the most efficient and effective way that preserves overall emotional and financial health of families. Because I have four children I have adopted, I understand the importance of creating new families through adoption. I always bring a compassionate and practical approach to these cases.
Whenever possible, I will pursue alternative dispute resolution methods to help resolve issues.
