I called Mayfield plumbing this morning to see if they work on septic pumps. Owner Brian said they do but didn’t know if he could get one. I asked to see if they can and let me know if so and prices. He agreed and said he’d call me back first. I get a call later from one of his workers telling me they’re done. Called Brian and he tells me they meant to call back and the price for the pump alone is over $600.
I refused the work and told him to take all and leave.

Our kitchen sink was not draining and we had a leak below the sink. We called the team at Mayfield Plumbing and they booked us in same day and scheduled a time to come out.

The guys showed up on time and took great care in fixing the problem and replacing the pipe that was causing the issue.

I was very impressed with the service, the professionalism and the quality of work. All top notch.

We won't be using anyone else going forward and would highly recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Very highly skilled plumbers. They are very quick to respond to emergency calls. We used them for a few commercial sites and the professional response and time line amazed me. We will be calling them for all future projects. The soldering job on a simple drain install was impressive.

I reached out to Mayfield in a pinch as my second floor bathroom tub wasn't draining anymore. I called the owner, Rick, who treated my issue with urgency, and was able to send Cameron and Nick the very next morning to address my problem.

These guys are such a pleasure to deal with! Very polite and courteous and use a ton of elbow grease to get the job done. It was only a snake job, but they worked at it for 2 hours. After the problem was resolved, I feel that their professional opinions made me more knowledgeable about my home's plumbing.

I will definitely be calling them back to do more work on my home, and I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family with flying colors

Mayfield drain and plumbing did a basement bathroom rough in for me. They also re arranged the drainage for my main floor bathroom to tuck it up into the joist cavities such that I had no low hanging pipes in the basement. During re arrangement of the upstairs drains they identified potential issues with the tub drain and advised replacement to avoid future issues. They are friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and customer focused. They kept me engaged in the project and were very patient with my many many request and questions. Having gotten several quotes On the work they did for me I’d say they were very reasonably priced. Overall I would recommend them to anyone who asks for a plumber reference and I would definitely use them again in the future. Thanks Rick and Cam for the awesome work. 👍🏻
