Might not be for everyone , I think you need to know what you are looking for in a vehicle before heading there. If you like the costco shopping style and like the deals and the vibrate environment>>> that place is for you. If you like the dealership that tells you how beautiful your hair and eyes match the inside of your new car and want to pay 10 000$ more at a normal Ford dealership well options are out there.
I've sent many co workers , everyone bought from Yonge & Steeles and everyone that re purchased ford go back ... so it says a lot I think .
The service was for an oil change a check. It took more than 2 and a half hours before the vehicle was taken in the shop. It took over an hour for the service which was the only reasonable part of the experience.
Unless you are prepared to wait for hours this is not the Ford Dealership to go choose.
This is indeed a great dealership and one of the biggest out there, but if you actually would like to have a pleasant experience with truly genuine customer service. You must see Vera Krcic. I have been with the dealership for a while and this is not my first Ford/Lincoln vehicle, during those years I was exposed to a lot of different sales representatives, which will fool you with custom tailored suites and articulate speeches. To repeat myself, if you truly want solid service without any unnecessary hype, please go see her. Thank you.
That the service dept is extremely busy . but, this is not there fault. is it Navin or Annils.they both as well as there staff are very professional.but at the end of the day , customers have to be patient.oh,by the way , I'm in for a oil change and I've been here for a hour and a half, after doing a check on my vehicle ,they have picked up on a couple small issues that are getting repaired while I wait don't suppose now I'm putting other appointments behind...story I bet , that happens everyday in a service department. they don't have control over that.Annil and Navin , you and your guys do a great job.working with the public isn't easy. Keep up the great work..you can't please everyone.Good on the mechanic for catching my issues.
o put new battery in a key – 210$+130$ labour
o Last visit they estimated to fix loose bumper would cost 160$, after that visit it jumped, with no explanation to 404$+130$ labour, saying just - “that is the price!”
o Check for vibration - ALL 4 Tires have to be replaced, ALL 4 metal cord inside damaged. Tires - Pirelli bought 3 year ago and we have winter set, with total millage of 60K, minus winter 20K, 40K for Pirelli is nothing, they are not worn out at all. Explanation: that summer was abnormal hot and usually all metal cables inside are shifting, I asked how they determine that, answer “oh that is the industry standard, that is why all 4 tires need to be replaced with new set of tires for the price of 925$. Tires in very good condition and I consider it pure scam, wonder how many drivers fall it, without realising.
o Determined - steering angle sensor not working with bunch of codes, but not just sensor can be replaced, WHOLE steering rack must be replaced……because it is bended. We never had any accidents, my wife driving that car extremely carefully and never hit pot whole which could cause steering rack to bend. Price 2013$+520$ labour + all 4 wheels alignment 150$ (why alignment of rear wheels?). After confronting “Specialist” why price is so high, he jumped and we went to parts department to check on computer, and computer showed price 1600$, then he simply crossed 2013$ and wrote price of 1600$.
Calling Ford Canada, I was notified that each dealer operates independently and they have NO control over, also each dealer can estimate price…..…whatever they want, it came down, that exactly what they’ve done to me, if I would agree on all, total cost would be over 4000$.
In a meantime went to another garage for second opinion, no tires should be replaced, sensor was not faulty, car drives perfectly, no problem.
Second garage suggested to come for inspection after driving for a while, just to make sure.

SHE EMPTIED THE CAR QUICKLY AND SOMEONE MUST HAVE CALLED 911 WHEN THEY SAW WHAT WAS HAPPENING AND FIRE ENGINES CAME AND PUT OUT THE FIRE..
THE VEHICLE WAS DECLARED INOPERABLE AND WAS TOWED BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP(YONGE-STEELES FORD)
THIS HAPPENED ON A SUNDAY EVENING AND SO MY DAUGHTER AND I WAITED TIL THE NEXT MORNING TO CALL THE DEALERSHIP AND WERE TOLD THAT THE CAR WAS A WRITE OFF
WE WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP AND EMPTIED THE CAR
THE NEXT DAY THE DEALERSHIP CALLED AND ASKED WHY WE TOOK EVERYTHING OUT OF THE CAR.
WE SAID IT HAD BEEN DECLARED A WRITE OFF.
FROM THAT POINT ON WE WERE TREATED LIKE GARBAGE ...FOR 5 MONTHS MY CAR WAS ON THE LOT WHILE THE DEALERSHIP AND INSURANCE COMPANY ARGUED BACK AND FORTH AND THEN FORD DECIDED TO PUT A NEW ENGINE IN---- THEY PUT ME INTO A RENTAL( BUT I WAS STILL MADE TO PAY MY LEASE) I PAID FOR A 2013 FORD ESCAPE NOT A RENTAL CAR .
I MUST MENTION THAT IN THE FIRST YEAR THE 2013 FORD ESCAPE HAD 7 RECALLS ,ONE OF WHICH HAD TO DO WITH THE ENGINE STARTING ON FIRE. AND FORD HAD 55,000 PEOPLE IN RENTAL CARS .
NAVIN IS A TOTALLY USELESS AND HE TREATED ME SO DISRESPECTFULLY, FOR EXAMPLE HE WOULD HIDE WHENEVER I WENT TO CHECK ON THE PROGRESS OF MY VEHICLE.....
I WAS TOLD THE RENTAL WOULD NOT COST ME ANYTHING BUT IN THE END NAVIN CUT OFF THE PAYMENTS FOR THE RENTAL AND I WAS MADE TO PAY OVER 500 DOLLARS IN RENTAL FEES PLUS 800 DOLLARS FOR THE GST. SO I WAS MADE TO PAY THE LEASE ON A CAR I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE.....
SO THEY PUT IN A NEW ENGINE FIXED REPAIRS NEEDED ON A BURNT OUT CAR AND RETURNED THE CAR TO ME.
NO APOLOGY FOR THE FACT THAT HAD MY DAUGHTER NOT BEEN ALERTED BY PASSING CARS HER AND HER BOYFRIEND COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED .......
SO ,I TOOK THE CAR BACK BECAUSE AT THE TIME I COULDN'T AFFORD TO PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE. I DROVE IT UNTIL THE LEASE ENDED WHICH WAS JUNE 2016 .....I WANTED RESTITUTION FOR WHAT HAD HAPPENED IN THE WAY OF A NEW FINANCED CAR BUT BECAUSE OF MY PRESENT FINANCIAL SITUATION THEY COULD NOT FINANCE ME.. I WENT INTO THE DEALERSHIP AND WENT UP TO SEE ANIL CHOPRA THE GENERAL MANAGER AND DEMANDED HE DO SOMETHING FOR ME ...
HE TOLD ME TO KEEP DRIVING THE VEHICLE AND HE KNEW SOMEONE AT FORD HEAD OFFICE AND WOULD TAKE CARE OF ME.....WELL I DIDN'T HEAR FROM HIM FOR A MONTH SO CALLED BACK SEVERAL TIMES AND LEFT TEXT MESSAGES AND VOICE MAILS AND EMAILS BUT NOTHING.....
SO I WROTE TO THE PRESIDENTS ASSISTANT AT FORD AND TOLD MY WHOLE STORY.....
SHE SAID SHE WOULD HELP ME....MEANWHILE NOOOOOO WORD FROM ANIL.
THE WOMAN AT FORD GOT BACK TO ME AND SAID SHE HAD RUN IT BY THE LEGAL DEPT. AND THEY DECIDED THAT THE DEALERSHIP AND FORD HAD DONE EVERYTHING THEY COULD FOR US AND COULD DO NO MORE.....
THEN THEY STARTED CALLING AND SAID I HAD TO RETURN THE CAR AND THE LEASE WAS UP AND IF I DIDN'T THEY WOULD SEND A BAILIFF TO REPOSSESS THE CAR......
I WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP AND INTERUPTED A MEETING ANIL WAS IN AND HE LOOKED AT ME AND SAID THAT HEAD OFFICE HAD TOLD HIM TO STAY OUT OF IT...
SO I RETURNED THE CAR ,BUT NOT BEFORE SCREAMING MY STORY TO EVERYONE IN THE DEALERSHIP
FORD IS A PIECE OF SHIT FOR NOT STANDING UP AND RELEASING AN APOLOGY AND GIVING ME A NEW CAR PAID IN FULL......AND ON TOP OF ALL THE FUCKUPS THEY HAVE SENT ME A BILL OF OVER 3800 DOLLARS FOR THE OVERAGE IN MILES ??????ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME------THEY NEED TO REFUND MY LEASE PAYMENTS FOR 5 MONTHS OF NOT HAVING THEIR PIECE OF JUNK AND REFUND THE MONEY PAID FOR A RENTAL ....
I HAVE DRIVEN A FORD ESCAPE SINCE THEY WERE FIRST RELEASED IN CANADA IN 2002.
FORD SHOULD ADMIT THAT THEY FUCKED UP AND MAKE RESTITUTION FOR ALMOST KILLING MY DAUGHTER WHO BY THE WAY HAS PTSD FROM BEING IN A BURNING VEHICLE-----HAD SHE DRIVEN JUST TWO MORE MINUTES THE CAR WOULD HAVE BLOWN UP AND KILLED HER ........WHAT WOULD FORD HAVE DONE THEN------SEND FLOWERS TO THE FUNERAL

I will not go there next time.
Will try with Yonge Steeles in the future for our next vehicle as the prices are good and the selection is extensive.
Not to mention that there is little to no parking because of ongoing construction, front reception didn't even know which sales staff were in or out.
Not a good experience for me.
This dealership is the worst for customer service..
If you can, choose another location.
