Ruth Bell!!! You are the absolute greatest Customer Service Lady at Yonge Steeles Ford
I just wanted to share that i am not a proud ford owner but through all of my ups and downs with my 2012 Ford Fiesta Ruth Bell has journeyed with me all the way with great customer service...A very kind understanding thoughtful and professional lady that no one can beat! Her expertise in the car business she certainly goes above and beyond.. Service of Ford F-150 truck
I walked in this morning for service of my truck and my advisor Razzaq Chaudhry reviewed the planned maintenance of the truck. Razzaq is very experienced and knowledgeable,it was pleasure meeting Razzaq. The team at YS Ford is great. The truck was ready in time.

Busy Busy
Very Busy dealership, the pricing wont be beat anywhere else. Trust me Ive shopped around while I was waiting to get a reply from a sale rep.

Might not be for everyone , I think you need to know what you are looking for in a vehicle before heading there. If you like the costco shopping style and like the deals and the vibrate environment>>> that place is for you. If you like the dealership that tells you how beautiful your hair and eyes match the inside of your new car and want to pay 10 000$ more at a normal Ford dealership well options are out there.

I've sent many co workers , everyone bought from Yonge & Steeles and everyone that re purchased ford go back ... so it says a lot I think .

my excperance buying a new 150 pick up
I walked into the Young - Steeles dealership and was greeted by a pleasant lady that works there and from then until I walk out owning a brand new ford every one treated me great. Thanks to every one that works there and help me get myself a new truck with out any problems

Poor Service
I recently booked a service time online which exceeded the 4 business hour reply by an hour and a half. The service was for the regularly scheduled service every 10,000 KM. They are and have been under construction for some time. The parking area is a mess and today May 25th the waiting area was very cold due the large doors constantly opening and closing.

The service was for an oil change a check. It took more than 2 and a half hours before the vehicle was taken in the shop. It took over an hour for the service which was the only reasonable part of the experience.

Unless you are prepared to wait for hours this is not the Ford Dealership to go choose.

Worst dealer ship after sales.
I bought a brand new vehicle FORD ESCAPE 2017 from this dealership. It took 2.5 hours to take the delivery of the car that even after they giving me an appointment for pickup. Only after signing all the documents I came to know the 2nd set of keys are missing which they could not delivery until this day of writing this review which is 3 weeks past the delivery date. Every one who I talk promises me that I will get one but the question is WHEN??? Even the owner's manual was not in glove box which I had to ask them. It took 1 week for them to do the delivery of the car. Please make sure before you sign any documents BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! NEVER EXPECTED THAT FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They may be volume dealer who cares.

Traded older Mustang for a newer one.
Ladies and Gentlemen,
This is indeed a great dealership and one of the biggest out there, but if you actually would like to have a pleasant experience with truly genuine customer service. You must see Vera Krcic. I have been with the dealership for a while and this is not my first Ford/Lincoln vehicle, during those years I was exposed to a lot of different sales representatives, which will fool you with custom tailored suites and articulate speeches. To repeat myself, if you truly want solid service without any unnecessary hype, please go see her. Thank you.

be patient
Yonge steeles Ford is a very busy dealership. they sell a lot of cars and God only knows they repair a lot of cars.that is business. To think, that u make an appointment , and they don't know customers are waiting , is a understatement. I am sure know one there tries to upset people on purpous. I have read comments about Navin and annil that are so far from the truth. People who buy there go on there own accord.After leaving , they are very pleased with the price. Having bought over 5 vehicles there over the years , I have too, become upset with waiting as well I I soon came to realize
That the service dept is extremely busy . but, this is not there fault. is it Navin or Annils.they both as well as there staff are very professional.but at the end of the day , customers have to be patient.oh,by the way , I'm in for a oil change and I've been here for a hour and a half, after doing a check on my vehicle ,they have picked up on a couple small issues that are getting repaired while I wait don't suppose now I'm putting other appointments behind...story I bet , that happens everyday in a service department. they don't have control over that.Annil and Navin , you and your guys do a great job.working with the public isn't easy. Keep up the great work..you can't please everyone.Good on the mechanic for catching my issues.

Not pleasant visit
My last visit to dealership service was not what I expected. Car experienced vibration in a wheels area during driving. I was told inspection will take 2 hours, which I agreed………….and then problems start to pop up out of nowhere:
o put new battery in a key – 210$+130$ labour
o Last visit they estimated to fix loose bumper would cost 160$, after that visit it jumped, with no explanation to 404$+130$ labour, saying just - “that is the price!”
o Check for vibration - ALL 4 Tires have to be replaced, ALL 4 metal cord inside damaged. Tires - Pirelli bought 3 year ago and we have winter set, with total millage of 60K, minus winter 20K, 40K for Pirelli is nothing, they are not worn out at all. Explanation: that summer was abnormal hot and usually all metal cables inside are shifting, I asked how they determine that, answer “oh that is the industry standard, that is why all 4 tires need to be replaced with new set of tires for the price of 925$. Tires in very good condition and I consider it pure scam, wonder how many drivers fall it, without realising.
o Determined - steering angle sensor not working with bunch of codes, but not just sensor can be replaced, WHOLE steering rack must be replaced……because it is bended. We never had any accidents, my wife driving that car extremely carefully and never hit pot whole which could cause steering rack to bend. Price 2013$+520$ labour + all 4 wheels alignment 150$ (why alignment of rear wheels?). After confronting “Specialist” why price is so high, he jumped and we went to parts department to check on computer, and computer showed price 1600$, then he simply crossed 2013$ and wrote price of 1600$.

Calling Ford Canada, I was notified that each dealer operates independently and they have NO control over, also each dealer can estimate price…..…whatever they want, it came down, that exactly what they’ve done to me, if I would agree on all, total cost would be over 4000$.

In a meantime went to another garage for second opinion, no tires should be replaced, sensor was not faulty, car drives perfectly, no problem.
Second garage suggested to come for inspection after driving for a while, just to make sure.

Stay away from these crooks

I bought my Ford Focus in 2009 . All my service needs have been completed at this location , even though it takes me about 40 minutes to get to the dealership . I am very pleased with the help, support and competence of all the employees that I have met at the dealership . Thanks

The brakes that can't be fixed
I have been to service at young steels ford about 5 times , trying to get my brakes to stop squeelin.1000 dollars 5 different appointments later here I am called last week to give a piece of my mind to them and they told me to bring it in Saturday so I did, they sent me home called me that afternoon and said my BACK BRAKES where dirty they needed a clean up they told me I was going to pay 89 dollars that it was employe price I said no thinking they just fixed my front warped roster that I payed 700 dollars I could go on but I won't PEOPLE PLEASE DO YOUR SELFS ALL A BIG FAVOR DO NOT DEAL WITH YOUNG STEELS FORD SERVICE IS VERY BAD by the way my brakes still make lots of noise , even young steels ford said trucks fixed they took it for a test drive, soon as I pulled out of the drive way yup SQEEEEEEEEEECCCCCCHHHHHHH lol I was going to go back but I don't care anymore Young Steels Ford biggest dealer in Canada come feel the Ford experience lmao

2013 STARTED ON FIRE WHILE MY DAUGHTER WAS DRIVING
I LEASED A 2013 FORD ESCAPE AT YONGE-STEELES FORD WHEN MY LEASE WAS UP ON MY 2010 FORD ESCAPE-----IN JUNE 2014 MY DAUGHTER WAS DRIVING UP NORTH ON HWY 400 TO GO CAMPING AND THE CAR WAS PACKED WITH CAMPING GEAR... ABOUT 40 MINUTES INTO THE DRIVE ,SHE WAS BEING WAVED DOWN BY PASSING CARS AND THEY WERE POINTING AT THE BACK OF THE VEHICLE AND WHEN MY DAUGHTER LOOKED OUT THE REAR VIEW MIRROR SHE SAW A HUGE CLOUD OF BLACK SMOKE. SHE PULLED OVER AS FAST AS SHE COULD ,JUMPED OUT OF THE VEHICLE AND FLAMES BEGAN TO APPEAR FROM UNDER THE HOOD AND BACK RIGHT REAR TIRE WELL.
SHE EMPTIED THE CAR QUICKLY AND SOMEONE MUST HAVE CALLED 911 WHEN THEY SAW WHAT WAS HAPPENING AND FIRE ENGINES CAME AND PUT OUT THE FIRE..
THE VEHICLE WAS DECLARED INOPERABLE AND WAS TOWED BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP(YONGE-STEELES FORD)
THIS HAPPENED ON A SUNDAY EVENING AND SO MY DAUGHTER AND I WAITED TIL THE NEXT MORNING TO CALL THE DEALERSHIP AND WERE TOLD THAT THE CAR WAS A WRITE OFF
WE WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP AND EMPTIED THE CAR
THE NEXT DAY THE DEALERSHIP CALLED AND ASKED WHY WE TOOK EVERYTHING OUT OF THE CAR.
WE SAID IT HAD BEEN DECLARED A WRITE OFF.
FROM THAT POINT ON WE WERE TREATED LIKE GARBAGE ...FOR 5 MONTHS MY CAR WAS ON THE LOT WHILE THE DEALERSHIP AND INSURANCE COMPANY ARGUED BACK AND FORTH AND THEN FORD DECIDED TO PUT A NEW ENGINE IN---- THEY PUT ME INTO A RENTAL( BUT I WAS STILL MADE TO PAY MY LEASE) I PAID FOR A 2013 FORD ESCAPE NOT A RENTAL CAR .

I MUST MENTION THAT IN THE FIRST YEAR THE 2013 FORD ESCAPE HAD 7 RECALLS ,ONE OF WHICH HAD TO DO WITH THE ENGINE STARTING ON FIRE. AND FORD HAD 55,000 PEOPLE IN RENTAL CARS .
NAVIN IS A TOTALLY USELESS AND HE TREATED ME SO DISRESPECTFULLY, FOR EXAMPLE HE WOULD HIDE WHENEVER I WENT TO CHECK ON THE PROGRESS OF MY VEHICLE.....
I WAS TOLD THE RENTAL WOULD NOT COST ME ANYTHING BUT IN THE END NAVIN CUT OFF THE PAYMENTS FOR THE RENTAL AND I WAS MADE TO PAY OVER 500 DOLLARS IN RENTAL FEES PLUS 800 DOLLARS FOR THE GST. SO I WAS MADE TO PAY THE LEASE ON A CAR I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE.....

SO THEY PUT IN A NEW ENGINE FIXED REPAIRS NEEDED ON A BURNT OUT CAR AND RETURNED THE CAR TO ME.

NO APOLOGY FOR THE FACT THAT HAD MY DAUGHTER NOT BEEN ALERTED BY PASSING CARS HER AND HER BOYFRIEND COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED .......

SO ,I TOOK THE CAR BACK BECAUSE AT THE TIME I COULDN'T AFFORD TO PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE. I DROVE IT UNTIL THE LEASE ENDED WHICH WAS JUNE 2016 .....I WANTED RESTITUTION FOR WHAT HAD HAPPENED IN THE WAY OF A NEW FINANCED CAR BUT BECAUSE OF MY PRESENT FINANCIAL SITUATION THEY COULD NOT FINANCE ME.. I WENT INTO THE DEALERSHIP AND WENT UP TO SEE ANIL CHOPRA THE GENERAL MANAGER AND DEMANDED HE DO SOMETHING FOR ME ...
HE TOLD ME TO KEEP DRIVING THE VEHICLE AND HE KNEW SOMEONE AT FORD HEAD OFFICE AND WOULD TAKE CARE OF ME.....WELL I DIDN'T HEAR FROM HIM FOR A MONTH SO CALLED BACK SEVERAL TIMES AND LEFT TEXT MESSAGES AND VOICE MAILS AND EMAILS BUT NOTHING.....
SO I WROTE TO THE PRESIDENTS ASSISTANT AT FORD AND TOLD MY WHOLE STORY.....
SHE SAID SHE WOULD HELP ME....MEANWHILE NOOOOOO WORD FROM ANIL.

THE WOMAN AT FORD GOT BACK TO ME AND SAID SHE HAD RUN IT BY THE LEGAL DEPT. AND THEY DECIDED THAT THE DEALERSHIP AND FORD HAD DONE EVERYTHING THEY COULD FOR US AND COULD DO NO MORE.....
THEN THEY STARTED CALLING AND SAID I HAD TO RETURN THE CAR AND THE LEASE WAS UP AND IF I DIDN'T THEY WOULD SEND A BAILIFF TO REPOSSESS THE CAR......

I WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP AND INTERUPTED A MEETING ANIL WAS IN AND HE LOOKED AT ME AND SAID THAT HEAD OFFICE HAD TOLD HIM TO STAY OUT OF IT...

SO I RETURNED THE CAR ,BUT NOT BEFORE SCREAMING MY STORY TO EVERYONE IN THE DEALERSHIP
FORD IS A PIECE OF SHIT FOR NOT STANDING UP AND RELEASING AN APOLOGY AND GIVING ME A NEW CAR PAID IN FULL......AND ON TOP OF ALL THE FUCKUPS THEY HAVE SENT ME A BILL OF OVER 3800 DOLLARS FOR THE OVERAGE IN MILES ??????ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME------THEY NEED TO REFUND MY LEASE PAYMENTS FOR 5 MONTHS OF NOT HAVING THEIR PIECE OF JUNK AND REFUND THE MONEY PAID FOR A RENTAL ....

I HAVE DRIVEN A FORD ESCAPE SINCE THEY WERE FIRST RELEASED IN CANADA IN 2002.
FORD SHOULD ADMIT THAT THEY FUCKED UP AND MAKE RESTITUTION FOR ALMOST KILLING MY DAUGHTER WHO BY THE WAY HAS PTSD FROM BEING IN A BURNING VEHICLE-----HAD SHE DRIVEN JUST TWO MORE MINUTES THE CAR WOULD HAVE BLOWN UP AND KILLED HER ........WHAT WOULD FORD HAVE DONE THEN------SEND FLOWERS TO THE FUNERAL

OWN UP TO YOUR FUCKUP AND YONGE STEELES FORD MAKE GOOD ON SOMETHING THAT IS VERY VERY WRONG-----AND BY THE WAY I AM NOW WITHOUT A VEHICLE...........

Love the truck not so much the service!
I understand the dealership is going threw some construction and had some amazing service from my sales rep Pavlin but it as took me 7 hours to make a APT for service as i got to voice mail every single time and left messages but nothing in return but thanks to my sales rep that got someone to call me asap to make my apt . Very unprofessional over the phone! If you plan on going to young and steels ford i recommend you speak to Pavlin made my buying experience awesome!

Great Service and Staff
I leased a new Lincoln MKX from another dealership in Scarborough. My nightmare started when I brought it in to that dealership, multiple times for the same problem, which was covered under warranty. I was told that the work was completed when in fact nothing was done. Out of frustration I contacted Yonge Steeles for the same thing. I was asked to come in and discuss this with Navin. He took the time to listen to what happened and immediately brought my car in and kept it until the problem was repaired correctly. I'm so impressed with the service that I referred a friend of mine who ended up leasing 3 vehicles and I referred a relative that bought a car. In fact I'm so satisfied with the service that I just leased a new car from Yonge Steeles. This is the only dealership I would do business with.

I leased a Ford Edge in late 2013 for 2 years and I was so happy with the vehicle that I decided to buy one at the end of my lease. I got a new 2015 Ford Edge but the new experience hasn't been great so far. Two days after I got the vehicle, I felt vibration in the break and the pads and rotors were replaced. A couple of months later same issue with the rear breaks and that was replaced as well. Then the fuel injector went off and was replaced and due to the parts issues, it took a week to replace the part. Now, I feel issues with transmission. I love Edge but I am really disappointed with the presumably brand new vehicle I got.

Best Service EVER!!!!
Went to this dealership last week to look into buying a vehicle. From start to finish (last night - one week later - when picking up new vehicle) - we were treated like royalty. We were looked after from the moment we arrived to the moment we left and even now getting follow-up calls from our Team Leader (Sunil George) and his amazing team members. Kudos to making customers feel extra special and for also giving us the best possible price you were able to and, finally, for not 'pushing' anything on us that you, very intuitively, knew we did not want or need.

Extremely poor customer service
This Ford dealership has chosen very unfortunate salesmen to represent them. I felt uncomfortable with the staff from the moment I entered the parking lot and it only got worse upon entering the facility. The salesman did not listen to what we had to say, kept interrupting us in mid-conversation and actually walked away from us while we were explaining the problem to him. This is not the first time this salesman has acted like this. They act like they don't even care. I will not be returning to this facility in the future as I would rather go to a further dealership where I know the service is better.

Worst Service Ever
I personally love ford. I have no idea about other ford dealer may they are good but my experience with Yonge-Steeles Ford Lincoln dealer was very unfortunate. The front desk very rude and their support was too poor , service charge also expensive

I will not go there next time.

Brutal Customer Service (ZERO our of 5 stars)
We needed to do a lease takeover and were told by this dealership that it MUST be done there, even though other dealerships informed us that it could have been done at a more convenient location for us. So after being forced to go there, we were told three times that we could just go in on our own (without the current owner of the truck that we were taking over the lease from), and fill out the paperwork for the credit application. So after confirming three times, my husband drove two hours just to be told VERY RUDELY that the owners must also be in attendance to get the paperwork done! Luckily, the current owners were willing to come and get things sorted. Four days later, my husband called simply to inquire about the status of the transaction and was treated in the most unprofessional way. When asked if it was possible to check on the status, the salesperson that he was dealing with (S.L.) said that "I could check, but I choose not to".... My husband explained that he was checking because we are borrowing a vehicle right now and need to let the owner of the vehicle know when we will get it back and was told again rudely that it was "not his problem"... We will never deal with this place again and I will make it my mission to tell as many people as possible how horrible our experience was!

looking to purchase
We were looking for a new 2016 Ford f150. Unfortunately they did not have on the lot or in storage what we were looking for. Dealt with Gilles and have purchased through Pavlin in the past. We decided to order from the factory through our local dealer who was able to give us a better price so we are heading down there tomorrow.

Will try with Yonge Steeles in the future for our next vehicle as the prices are good and the selection is extensive.

worst service around
This dealership is the worst I've dealt with, which is pretty bad considering most are not great. They overbook, so you wait hours for service, on 3 separate occasions I've left with more issue after doing routine service, and the service in not always correct or needed. They are constantly trying to recommend services that they say are needed "as it will void your warranty" if not done. I've consulted the owners manuals and the service checks suggested by Ford are at later mileage, but Yonge-Steeles says they use the this is not correct according to the MPS system, which is something they came up with. I even called Ford on several occasions and they confirmed that warranty would not be void if you do not do suggested service. Further, they totally over price for services.

Poor customer service
My experience has left me very disappointed and I certainly won't be going back. I went to discuss a potential renewal of lease for my vehicle that was expiring and was treated very rudely.

Not to mention that there is little to no parking because of ongoing construction, front reception didn't even know which sales staff were in or out.

Not a good experience for me.
