I have had my policies with Farmers for eons. I started working with Daniel Ornelas in this moron’s office back in 2016 because Daniel was a friend of mine. I never had any issues working with Daniel but Flash forward to June 2022. I cancelled my insurance with Farmers as I moved out of state and couldn’t utilize the car insurance from Farmers in Florida. I overpaid my premiums so I was due a check back. Here we are over three months later and the check hasn’t been received. Multiple attempts to contact this little worm’s office to remedy it and zero communication back. Judging by his “professional headshot” he’s probably too busy running backwards through a corn field naked because he sure doesn’t have time to handle his clients refunds in a timely or effectively communicative manner and the headshot looks like he’s got something lodged up his crevice so…perhaps a course on how to effectively communicate, and service your clients along with a new headshot may aid what is seemingly a sad little business buddy boy.
