If I could give zero stars, I would. This was a very Christrian business with an outstanding reputation. Well that certainly has changed. We received a quote from the Prairieville location for Nitto Trail Grappler tires and their quote was the best. We went there on Tuesday September 13, 2016 to have them installed. After leaving that same day, we noticed that the tires on the truck were not what we ordered and not what we paid for. The invoice clearly states Nitto Trail Grappler. They installed Nitto Terra Grapplers instead, which is a cheaper tire. When we got them on the phone, their response was that we showed you the tire and since we didn't notice it then, too bad so sad!!!!!!! No help from either location, nothing!!!!! I will make sure everyone in Ascension Parish knows how Gonzales Tire does business now!!!!!!!!!!
