We had a miserable experience with this branch of Scotiabank. The RRSP account that was supposed to be set up took 2 failed attempts until the office of the president got involved. There is such a high turnover in personnel that if your application or the information that one is seeking takes a few months, your file will change hands before it is completed. Professionalism and accountability is lacking.
