I took my car in (recently serviced and in good comdition/no issues) for an oil change (July 2017) and Erinwood Ford did over $1000 of unauthorized work on MY car without asking for my permission bc they could not reach me at work within an 1.5h time span. Being forced to pay for this when I picked up my car for oil change despite my car no longer driving the same, strange sound and new leaks and many lights being on and then furthermore almost dying on the road bc of faulty workmanship as their mechanic said my car went into "limp" mode during my drive to work due to their negligent and faulty installation of a sensor. if you value honesty, safety and an ethical garage/service center-I highly recommend you-TAKE YOUR VEHICLE SOMEWHERE ELSE!. They do not value the legalities set forth within the consumer protection act of Ontario and most importantly are negligent towards customer safety/agency. Be safe. Have peace of mind. DONT RISK SAFETY HERE. i was offered very little compensation from Ford. No apology and no policy change so this wouldnt happen to another customer-they just dont care.

Victor made my recent purchase of my brand new 2016 Ford Flex very comfortable and easy!!!

He is very knowledgeable in the information - has made dealing with some minor issues a breeze (for example - missing seatbelt clip - ordered right away - no issues or hassles! Even called when it was ready)

He made himself available for when i wanted to meet and very flexible on having the car ready for the delivery date i wanted.

I would recommend Erinwood and Victor to anyone looking for a Ford! :)

i acquired my brand new 2016 Ford Shelby Gt 350 Cobra few weeks ago. The owner of the dealership and salesman Dave Giovanni were professional, courteous and well informed on the vehicle i obtained from them and they made my experience very pleasurable and stress free! I have acquired many vehicles from different dealerships in the past 30 years and i can honestly say that Erinwood Ford was by far best dealership i have ever dealt with. I bought a car from them we set up a payment plan and they just go into our bank account and take the money when ever they want. Also with out telling us that will take a double payment.

I have call several times to get the payments corrected and I never get a call back.

I find them uncooperative and very unprofessional.

I have been trying to get a response from the Financing department for a month now, with no luck. I was about to buy another Escape from the exceptional seller we dealt with, Mark McGuire, but because of the absolutely horrific service we have received from Finance, I will be taking my business elsewhere. We have been trying to change the details on our ownership certificate for weeks, have gone by in person at least 3 times, have provided a cheque to make the change, and it is still not done. Now I have received another invoice, I have no idea what for, and can't get anyone to reply to my emails to explain what it is for. Have asked to speak to a manager, no response. This is my last ditch effort, since I know companies take these reviews seriously, however clearly the service culture at Erinwood does not stretch once you have made your purchase. 267-549-9336.

I recently purchased a 2015 Ford Escape SE from Lem Weekes. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was welcomed by Lem and I loved his down to earth attitude. My wife and I just completed the purchase of a 2016 Ford Explorer with Lem Weekes, I must say he made the experience very pleasant he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He's a straight shooter and has a tell it like it is attitude and approach which I think is a great quality when you are trying to make a vehicle purchase decision. We saw him on Saturday had a few follow emails questions which he promptly responded to which allowed us to make our decision and close the deal that evening. We will go back and see Lem again when its time for another vehicle and I will certainly suggest him to others.

We were in an unfortunate situation where our car was a total loss. Not having much to spend on a vehicle, we went to Erinwood Ford. Our salesperson Dheeraj was very helpful, friendly and even worked after hours to ensure we found the right car. The car we selected was fairly priced with low KMs. We liked the fact that there are no hidden fees or additional cost - just the selling price and the tax. This is the first dealership we have gone to where there is no pressure sales and you feel comfortable.

Hello, after looking around for a few months and talking to several dealers..It was a no brainer to go see the guys at Erinwood! Had a great experience when looking for a new car. Lem was fantastic, he's personable, knowledgeable and never insistent on anything. He guided me through the various options available for the vehicle that I was looking for, and I received good value on my trade. The paperwork on the financing side took a little longer than expected, but the staff was friendly and helpful. My new car is an Escape and it is all that is advertised and more, comfortable, smooth ride and great overall performance. Many car dealer give their customer small gifts for both purposes of satisfy their customer and advertising such as Key chain, License plate cover, however, they only gave us $15 gift card.

We bought a brand new Ford Edge at this dealership. The staff were all amazing, and courteous, but Addy was the superstar of the bunch. He made us feel at home and welcomed us with open arms, he is a truly great man indeed. We almost feel like he is part of the family. He helped us in every way possible and was always there to assist us in our purchase. I was looking to buy a new F150 and new what I wanted as it is my third one. I originally went to another dealership nearby but they did not have the stock. I called Erinwood and was given to Addy. He was a very hard worker, listened and was able to locate what I wanted. He worked tirelessly and I felt he put me number one even though I new he had other clients to help. In the end I feel he assistd me greatly in my purchase and feel I will no doubt get another vehicle from him in the future.
