I have been there several times, and had called the branch as well to all which I had the most disappointing experience. It's not just once but every single time I did come and call them they were extremely RUDE, not to mention they like to chat amongst themselves and not bother with clients. They have very open conversation that are down right disgusting and things they should absolutely never talk about in front of customers.
Worst TD branch to deal with, workers (especially the young ladies) have ugly attitudes and treated me like shit. I was thinking of changing banks after all these experiences but then again there are some very nice, sweet and caring people that work at the Osborne and St. Mary's branch which I now go to.
