I had an amazing experience with Dixie Ford. They were kind and patient when I brought my 2 year old into the show room, and even drove me home when I needed a lift. The staff, Pankaj, Nav, Teresa, Peter and Craig, were welcoming, caring and really treated my daughter and I like family. They worked hard to get me the best deal, found the car I was looking for, and all within our budget. Thank you Dixie Ford!

I test drove an F150 at Dixie Ford and was prepared to make a deal on the truck. Unfortunately it didn't have all the options I needed, so they said they would do a locate for me. I had to put $1000 down to show my commitment. At the time, they told me they would find me a new truck and I could check it out. They also reassured me that my money was fully refundable if I didn't like the truck they found. When they found a vehicle for me, I arrived at the scheduled time, and the truck wasn't ready. Furthermore, I wasn't thrilled with the colour or the extra long bed. A few back and forth jabs from the sales rep and I decided to part ways and just ask for my deposit back. The sales rep said "ok no problem". Then the sales manager said "no, you put a $1000 deposit down and you bought a truck - we found you a truck - no refunds". He said if I wanted to speak with someone else about it, I'd have to wait nearly a week because he was not in the office. I was duped into buying a truck I didn't want. I have a few choice words for the staff there - but I'll refrain because I want to keep this professional. Although they finally agreed to install the options I expected, I still felt like I went through a miserable experience. Never again!

I take my F150 there for synthetic oil changes. The price is the same as other quick lube type shops and the service is fairly speedy. When I need parts I call Dario and he always takes care of my right away. Some of the staff in service seem friendly and others not so much but that's life :)

I spent over a $1000 on a brake job where I was supposed to get NEW rotors.
After completion, a ford staff member drove the car to me for pick-up, I noticed that the rotors didn’t look NEW as promised , they actually looked USED instead. the ford staff member completely agreed that they looked USED.
I approached glen, hoping that he would educate me as to why they looked like this. He spoke at an elevated volume and a very annoyed tone and actually rolled his eyes at my question.
If I just spent $1000, and approached you with a reasonable question in a friendly manner, I think I deserve to be able to ask why the other ford staff member and myself feel the brakes look USED. Glen, Instead, took it personal, and behaved very unprofessionally, instead of educating me in a professional manner.
3 years ago I had the same rude, unfriendly and unprofessional behavior from glen , so I stayed away for 3 years as a result. After the 3 years passed, I thought I would try Dixie ford again but this is what happened on my VERY FIRST visit back and with the same service advisor again!
I would absolutely dread having to deal with this JERK again, so I will stay away permanently this time.
Glen is Arrogant abrasive and unprofessional.
He is a very poor representative for Dixie ford.

I have a 2013 Escape which I love but admittedly do not drive a whole lot. So I was very surprised when it wouldn't start and probably would need a new battery already. Didn't think that was right to be gone in such a short time but my free Roadside assistance was quick to arrive and give me a boost. Unfortunately it was mid-morning on a Saturday and I was worried about being able to get service done. I phoned Dixie Ford and spoke to Rob, Service Manager I believe, who said if I could get it there before noon he would do his best to have someone look at it. And that he did even though by the time I got there it was already close to closing time for them. They stayed a few hours longer and I was able to get it all fixed. Otherwise I would've been with no vehicle for the rest of the weekend. So thank you very much Rob and his team. Excellent service.

We have been dealing with Dixie Ford for the last 25 years. We purchased a new Ford SUV Escape in 2015 and we are very satisfied. We have been taking the vehicle in for regular check ups, as they have scheduled and each time they provided us with the sticker on the windshield for next appointment. We are pleased with Dixie Ford, with their product and service up to now.

Went for my first oil change and they said as part of the lifetime power warranty I have to have my tires rotated. I had snows on and put my summer tires on this past month and rotated the tires at that time.
They wanted $90 plus tax with a1.5 hr.Waiting time. This is a ripoff. This will happen every oil change. Needless to say I didn't get it done and they voided my lifetime warranty. They just lost a customer and I will have my Edge serviced at a different dealership. Honestly I don't think they really care. My wife will be trading in her 2011 Ford Fusion but it won't be at Dixie Ford.

Dixie Ford was nothing short of exceptional. I leased from Dixie Ford dealership before and again everyone was extremely friendly. Richard Menezes was again our Assistant Sales Manager who worked tirelessly to ensure we received the best deal possible. Richard’s very knowledgeable about every car, and all their features. He never tried to sell me on anything I didn't need, he just wanted to find the right vehicle for me.

I felt that he cared and listen to all my wishes. I must also commend Jack Rudnicki our Sales Manager for working with Richard on our lease he was very informative and gave great personal service. He was able to provide me with options and was so with getting back to me on any answers. He was very accommodating as I really wanted certain options on my 2016 Ford Edge and I’m happy to say they both came through on all of them.

If you want my true opinion, and want a hassle free experience, …. Visit Dixie Ford and ask for Richard Menezes & Jack Rudnicki, you wont be disappointed !!

I picked up my vehicle today and was well pleased with the process leading up to it. Joao Vilas was very professional and polite and I can't say I have too many complaints.
