We did a renovation of our facility to get it post-COVID ready. From creating independent change stalls, dividing walls, doors, paint and finishing, and moving around equipment. John and his team were very professional, came in and measured everything, got a quote in a short period of time. It came in reasonable (not the least, not the most expensive either) from the 3 vendors that came in, but definitely was the one that put the most care and detail oriented. Communication was key.

They finished the job in the time they said they would (I was surprised myself, dealing with multiple contractors in the past, I expected it to take at least 50% more time), but they came through. The work was near flawless, I couldn't believe it, they even went above and beyond to paint the walls adjacent just so that the colors match because they were unhappy with just a shade of difference. They cleaned up nicely, treated the place with respect, and it looks amazing.

A few years ago my girlfriend and I had put in an offer on a 100 year old home. Not knowing what to expect before finalizing the sale we reached out to John to see if he would walk through the home with us and point out anything that might be worth renovating before moving in.
