The Worst. if you are trying to authenticate a Kate Spade yes sure you can use them, as no professional authentication company authenticates such cheap brands. but if you are authenticating a Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Hermes, Gucci, Prada, or any kind of luxury brands, stay away from authenticatosrus!! they will Not provide you an accurate result, they probably barely have any chance to actually touch an authentic bag. their minimal knowledge of authenticating luxury bags is downright laughable, keep away from this garbage service!
I tried to contact two other services to get my MK bag authenticated and they never replied. I am still waiting for a refund from one of them. Authenticators R Us, responded immediately within one hour of me contacting them, and had my Certificate of authenticity sent right away! It was a huge relief to know my bag was not a fake. I would definitely recommend this service and will use them again.
