Our mandate is to assist our clients in achieving their financial objectives during times of financial distress. For Individuals: during your meeting with us we will outline your options (proposal or bankruptcy) and provide you with an approach suitable to your financial situation. It is important to know all of your options and make an informed decision. For Corporations: we are experienced in restructuring a variety of business from entrepreneurial ventures to multi-national corporations. Whether the company needs to restructure by way of a proposal under the BIA or a plan of arrangement under the CCAA we can provide the necessary advice and expertise to help your company achieve its objectives. If restructuring is not possible we will assist your company with filing an assignment in bankruptcy.
