Impossible to ever get through for a service appointment, online service appointment requests were ignored, no callbacks were made despite leaving messages. It all seemed rather odd and I took my business elsewhere....will not be a repeat customer with Erin Mills Acura.
I am sorry for your issues on getting thru to book an appointment. We have made some changes to the online and inbound calls of booking appointments and I am positive your next experience will be much improved. Please give us another opportunity and we will not waste your time.
