It took almost 3 hours for oil changing and washing. Will never come back.
Impossible to ever get through for a service appointment, online service appointment requests were ignored, no callbacks were made despite leaving messages. It all seemed rather odd and I took my business elsewhere....will not be a repeat customer with Erin Mills Acura.
This is the best Mazda dealer in Toronto. Great customer service. Joe is great manager. Would recommend to my friends and family.
