We had quotes from a few other window companies and even though we had some estimates that came in cheaper, we weighed a lot of factors into making our decision like customer reviews, pricing, warranty and ease of customer service (in case there are issues) and ultimately, we went with Affordable Windows Plus Exteriors. Rudy was the representative that came out and gave us his pitch. He was warm, knowledgeable and his presentation beat all the others out of the water! It wasn’t hard sales, just matter of fact—this is a company with an involved owner and employees that stand by their product and the business.

We were lucky to have a great group of guys do our installation—Devin, Oliver and Jackson! Man, those guys work hard! You can tell these guys have mastered their craft. They immediately got to work and were so efficient with their time. I really appreciated that they covered my interior furniture and were vacuuming while they were working so there wouldn’t be a lot of mess. They were awesome and I really appreciated their hard work and time! I could not be happier with my experience. They have a lifelong customer with me and I will be referring them to everyone I know!

Affordable Windows Plus Exteriors did a wonderful job installing a new sliding door and 8 windows for our 23 year old home. Rudy communicated very well about our options and costs during his sales visit. All scheduling for the measurements and installation was exactly as described and well communicated and coordinated by Jamie from the office staff. The installation went smoothly with Devin calling when they were 30 minutes away. The installation went smoothly with Devin, Jackson and Michael. They moved or covered all of our things and finished much earlier than expected. Our home was left clean and the new door and windows are beautiful.

Through a quoting process involving over ten different companies, AW emerged as the best all-around solution by far! They installed eleven windows and two sliding doors. One of the large windows was custom fit to replace an archway segment (see photo). Very impressed by that. What a difference! It's like I have a new home! Energy efficiency noticeably improved. So much more quiet, too! Every step of the project was communicated effectively. The installation crew (Devin, Dan, Adam, Oliver, and Jacob) was professional, respectful, and efficient. They installed each window as per specification and with precision. Looks fantastic! Also, they exercised great care in covering furniture and floors with protective plastic sheets. We are in the middle of remodeling the house and one of the projects we wanted to get done this year were new windows. I had several quotes from window companies but I found that Affordable Windows & Exteriors was the best all around. Rudy was so friendly, honest and informative. You could tell he was proud to be working for the company. His presentation was excellent! He came with a sample window, thermometer gun and heat gun. He showed me how much their windows absorbed the heat. The heat gun was 346F and on the other side of the glass, it was showing 98F. Incredible difference. Not only that, but the windows are manufactured in AZ, the window installers are employees of the company (not subcontractors), their prices were affordable and reasonable and they have a double lifetime warranty! You can’t beat that! The owner of the company came and did the final measurements and he was so friendly, helpful and efficient. I think it says a lot about a company when the owner is involved with every transaction. Even the front office staff like Jamie and Diane were really communicative and nice. Everyone was on the same page with timeline, expectations, etc. I never felt out of the loop.

The day of the installation, we got a stellar team—Devin, Jackson and Oliver! I moved as much furniture as I could before the install, but wasn’t able to move the really big, heavy furniture—the guys were so gracious with moving it out of the way and with great care. The removal of the windows and installation was absolutely seamless. They took out my security doors and French doors and replaced it with a sliding glass door and I could not be happier! They also tackled a custom triangle window that other companies said they couldn’t do. These guys can do it all!! I am so happy with how everything turned out. They were happy, friendly, detail-oriented and so hard-working! What a great trio of guys! I couldn’t have asked for a better team!

Yesterday Dean, Jackson and Oliver installed three new windows on the back of my home and it was the first time I have used Affordable Windows. The experience was Great! The guys were very professional, moved and covered my furniture and installed the windows. Afterwards, they cleaned up prior to leaving. Rudy was very patient and generous with his time, and was able to come out twice to answer my questions and set up my order for a new front door and new windows in my home. I’ve had some poor experiences with other companies for home repairs/upgrades and was a bit apprehensive when initially closing the deal. I just had my windows replaced by Affordable Windows and I am so very happy with the results. The crew that did my installation, Adam, Devin, and Oliver were so very friendly, professional, and efficient. They replaced all 15 of my windows and had to do some minor construction on one of the outside settings. They were so great - and they showed how all the windows latched as well as how to remove and replace the screens. My new patio door is an absolute pleasure to use! Dan and Oliver worked all day on replacing my 1950’s windows. They did a great job and were so courteous. I love my new windows and the installation was fantastic. They had to grind down portions of the old window walls which isn’t easy on an old block house and on a couple of windows they added trim to make them more aesthetically pleasing. Excellent work.

I would like to give 2.5 stars but reluctantly rounded up to 3. We had a sliding glass door replaced and product quality I would give a 10/10. Almond color matched exactly, and I can’t recommend the blue glass enough - you cannot see in from the outside!

Customer service at the office I would give a 3/10. Rudy came out to do our consultation and he was fabulous! I wish he could have handled every aspect. After our consultation with Rudy no one came out to do our measurement for two weeks. After we called asking what the hold up was we were told we fell through the cracks, that someone would be out the next day, and that once our door came in they would rush it so that we stayed in the initial 4-6 week timeline we were quoted despite being delayed two weeks right off the bat. Once we got 3 days past 6 weeks we called the office to see once again what the hold up was and the receptionist told us the right person would call us back. They did not. The next day we called again asking the same questions and were told we’d be called back by the same person who didn’t call back the day before. Once it was almost end of day I called again demanding to speak to someone as no one had called back again. They said our door had come that day and that they could be out to install it the next day. They came out and the installers did a great job and were very nice and polite. Everyone aside from the office staff were pleasant to work with.

Excellent experience! We can finally open our bedroom windows! The initial consultation was informative and “no pressure”. Scheduling and communication were perfect. The installation could not have been better. Devin and Mason were skilled and very nice, even to our overly friendly dog. And they didn’t have to touch our inside or outside shutters! The windows are beautiful and HOA friendly. Best price we found, and best decision we could have made!

Mr. John Callahan greeted us at our home for a consultation. He listened to our concerns, told us a bit about his history and experience in the window business, and helped us narrow down the enormous quantity of window options to one that fit our needs. For reference, we live in a 3 story condo with 11 total East-West facing windows.

The upgrade to a 0.28 U-Factor, 0.14 solar heat gain coefficient is an astounding improvement over the original, 15 year old builder grade windows.

In order to fully utilize that performance, the installation needs to be flawless. To deliver on that, Dan, Kage, and Brandon respectfully, diligently, and safely installed the windows. Dan and his team installed the windows with the care as if they were installing them into their own home. The details and final outcome exceeded expectations, down to the clean caulking, color matching of trim, and cleaning of the work area.
