I recently purchased a Mercedes Benz E550 Coupe. The buying experience was hassle free, the vehicle was ready on time as promised, in immaculate condition as described. My brother recommended Platinum Cars when I started making noises about getting a Bentley. It was a way to congratulate myself on a job promotion and I got it for a surprisingly reasonable price. The service was exceptional and the delivery time was less than two days. It was an awesome experience.

My wife and I bought BMW as a Christmas present to ourselves. I’m in sales myself and the quality of your people is one of the reasons we chose Platinum. I really felt welcomed. This is my first experience with a luxury car purchase and we didn’t want to spend money for the sake of it. We wanted something reliable, safe, with a good expected lifetime. You were able to answer each of our questions in making that choice.

I’ve bought three vehicles at Platinum Cars in the last five years, including two since moving to Calgary. Their shipping is fast and problem free.
The reason I keep coming back even since leaving Toronto is the same as it is anywhere in the service industry: they remember my name and details, they’re respectful, they know what they’re talking about when you ask questions. You can’t beat that kind of attention. I love my new black Audi R8 and I’m planning on purchasing another vehicle from them in the spring.

I had a wonderful car buying experience at Platinum Cars and the salesperson was genuinely nice and friendly. This isn’t an ordinary dealership. They’re clearly looking to make a quality sales rather than a lot of smaller ones and this means they provide real attention and go out of their way to match you with the right vehicle. Everything was done as promised. If their price range is something you can afford then bookmark their site and check for inventory updates.

There’s nothing quite as nice as taking a Mercedes for a test drive. Shaun was good enough to set one up for me on my first visit and after a bit of discussion with my husband and negotiation with the dealership we settled on the car. My wife and I were in the market for an off lease SUV and we tried out a handful of dealerships. We came across Platinum Cars on a recommendation and were really impressed with the selection and the salesmanship.
It helped that they have a really superb dealership. Very luxurious—you’ll feel taken care of. They provided us with details regarding the vehicle history and we ended up leasing a BMW. The car was in perfect condition and the process was stress free.

Platinum Cars knows how to deliver reliable support in a short time. I came into the dealership with an Audi I had seen on the website to finance on a Friday and by the next Monday I was approved for the car. All the staff were friendly and they really know their details. It was one of the smoothest purchasing decisions on a high end item I’ve ever had.
